We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. The small town is a great place to explore and go to the other busier parts of Lake guard of. We love love love this hotel.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer sehr nett gegrüßt und waren sehr bemüht. Was wir schade fanden (vor allem bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse), war, dass wir trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen nicht eine Stunde später auschecken durften. Leider hatten wir noch einen Online-Termin, der sich mit dem Check-out überschnitten hat. Wir wollten nur eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen, was nicht möglich war, weil jemand anderes früher anreisen würde. Es waren aber online in der gleichen Kategorie noch Zimmer verfügbar. Hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschen, da es sich wirklich nur um eine sehr kurze Zeit handelte.

Let’s start with the staff of professionals. Everyone was kind and helpful, Hotel was lovely and peaceful. Every room has a few of the lake. Breakfast offered everything you can imagine, the bar and restaurant excellent choices. We will refer to friends!

Beautiful view of Lake Garda. The food was amazing and the staff was excellent. Nice walking trails close by around the lake with amazing restaurants. Easy access to boats to go to Limone foe a day trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was stunning and a short 20min walk along the lake shore to Malcesine. The hotel bistro was amazing! The food was beautiful and delicious. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly, Octavian, who was delightful! Our room was spacious and well equipped. The only thing missing was a kettle but we were given one as soon as we asked at reception. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge amount of choice and the food was so fresh and delicious! The private spa experience was amazing, and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, an exceptional place to stay!

Relaxing stay with beautiful views. For evening dining hotel restaurant was disappointing although, breakfast was good.

Erittäin siisti hotelli aivan rannalla. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Hyvä aamiainen. Ystävällinen palvelu. Malcesinen keskustaan parin kilometrin kävely rantaa pitkin.

Great location, right on the lakeshore. Room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast was high quality, many different options to choose from. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing perfect dining recommendations. The Lake Garde area is beautiful, with many things to do around.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Chambre au top avec une vue magnifique, le personnel est au petit soins, petit déjeuner excellent, mention spéciale pour les pâtisseries... nous avons hâte d'y retourner au plus vite
