Underbart ställe med en bedårande utsikt över Calpe och klippan Ifach. Mycket har gjorts sedan den sista gästen skrev här. Nya badrum och kök mm.

not good condition whatsoever. i rent monthly villas so this is in comparison to other rentals at same price in calpe. this unit has NO HEATING.. NO AIRCONDITIONER. there is NO garage access you have to park on the small alley street. the entrance from street to apartment is many levels of steps. this is actually a two level home where the owner resides at the top floor. the home rental has 3 small bedrooms. the living room has NO sofacouch. the kitchen has NO amenities just toaster. you have access to a very very tinysmall refrigerator. the layout of the unit is a bid odd. at checkin the beds had no pillowcases even though we were charged extra for linens. bring your own towels. the unit is not wellkept. all furniture is very old, dirty, with uncomfortable beddings. this location is Not walking distance to beach. plus no toilet paper or cleaning soap provided. simply put very dissatisfied. two stars for the pool which was dirty at arrival. my biggest petpeeve is that my rental was prepaid! and the property management kept insisting for me to PAY AGAIN! when my card was already charged before arrival. GOOD LUCK.
