온천수도 좋았고요 식사도 가격대비 훌륭해요 라운지가 있어서 휴식을 취하기도 좋았어요

It was excellent more than I had expected. All staffs in Omiya Ryokan are really gentle and kind even they cannot speak English very well. They allocated our room to access their all facilities, so it was so easy for my mom and me to find restaurant and ryokan. In addition, one staff who is a man and looks like Robin Williams provided sending service early in the morning around 6:30 a.m. to Zao Onsen bus terminal by car. It left me with unforgettable memories and we appreciate all your support. And I strongly recommend this ryokan and would like to visit here again someday. Thank U all!!!

I booked the Ryokan on a room only basis, when I arrived, I tried to add dinner and breakfast. The staff member I spoke to said that it was impossible to add dinner and breakfast to my booking. I cannot understand why a hotel would refuse to add food to their tariff. Otherwise, the hotel was very good.

Had no ac due to the time of year we jut opened windows to allow air flow. Room was super clean definitely exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff, nice natural Onsen within premise, very convenient-centrally located and brightly lit, especially when walking back at night after dinner outside, it's most welcoming. Amenities at the lounge and free shuttle service to/from Yamagata station is important for me so it's nice to have that. Room is spacious, very peaceful stay.

蔵王温泉らしく硫黄臭が充満して雰囲気が出ている。館内は全館畳張りでモダンレトロ様で良い。 お風呂は少し狭い。

房間還算大 餐點普通 設施不錯

The hotel is lovely, the location lovely. The staff are horrendous and lack any sense of customer service. From check-in to our restaurant experience we found the staff evasive, lazy, and during dinner rude interrupting a meal to insist guests to sign their bill because they want to go home. This was not a language issue or a cultural issue it was a front customer facing team that lacks the basics in customer service. So I loved the hotel - despite the engaged and rude staff.

色々と急な変更がありましたが、フロントの方が柔軟に対応してくださいました。 各所にステキなサービスもあって、また訪れたいと思いました。

房間很舒服，酒店中有很多細心服務，維一個人感覺有點失望是餐食沒預期理想，可能用同等價錢在附近餐廳可嘗到更多不同美食。但整體是推薦這家酒店的，讚👍
