방상태도 좋고 깨끗하고 버틀러 서비스로 지내는동안 편하게 지냈습니다. 시설도 좋고 조식도 훌륭합니다. 시내 관광목적이 아니라면 위치도 밀리지 않는 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

booked a suite very spacious and clean. house keeping does a very good job. The only draw back was the curtains. The living room was able to keep the curtains partially opened while the bedroom wasn't. Other than that, everything was perfect and especially thanking the concierge services for helping me to making bookings, arrangement of a cake with balloons decorations during my birthday stay. Everthing is good

This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation. Subway entrance is under the building and a mall is connected. It's highly recommended. PS: Only a small flaw, the internet speed was a bit slow.

Customer service was fantastic! Amenities and rooms beautiful and well maintained.

No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room. Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply.

The highest hotel in Changsha, service is great, the only mistake is missing cleaning my room.

Elegant and new hotel. However, most of the staffs were either very cold or very awkward in the way they attend their services. They appear in need of training to work in a classy hotel such as St Regis.
