Solid experience and stay

El desayuno muy pobre!

Everything was great… only issue I had was twice on both days of my stay, staff entered my room without knocking. First day was after check out and checking back in for an additional night stay, And then the next day hotel maid Knocked twice at 10:54am as we were sleeping opened door and my husband ran to tell them we are checking out right before 12pm. They said sorry they just wanted to clean but we have a privacy tag on the door. So not understanding why they did that. If I paid for the night and checkout time is after 12pm. Leave us alone. We checked out at 11:45am.

Best place to stay in TJ hands down.

I woulda moved in forever if I could have! Such a beautiful property, staff and amenities! This was a last minute trip while visiting the west coast from SC so of course I took the leap for my 1st time in Tijuana. We felt very safe and welcomed, even the crazy celebrations brought a positive happy vibe and not a neuissance- so happy to have experienced it at this lovely hotel! Much love and until next time when I come back for dental work and stem cell therapy

Clean, safe, great food and friendly staff.

hot tub: it turned our skin and nails green because it looks like there is copper leaching from the pipes. There’s a big copper stain in the corner. As a health inspector, I know that leading occurs when there is a fluctuation of chemicals. Japanese restaurant is really good. The staff is really nice, helpful and professional. The breakfast included for the tower is decent. It would’ve been nice to enjoy the breakfast at the main hotel included, considering that the tower is so expensive. My room was very clean and nicely decorated. I definitely enjoyed my stay. I will go back.

By FAR the most accommodating, friendliest, helpful staff I have ever encountered on any trip . They went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and enjoyed every second of their stay. Every thing was amazing. Service was impeccable. Room was perfect, rooftop pool/bar/ jacuzzi was amazing. Definitely top tier!

K Tower has become my go to option when traveling to Tijuana on business. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. While the rooms and overall experience of this boutique hotel makes my stay a pleasant one.
