The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. The room is small (not much spaces) but it is clean and with sufficient complimentary supplies.

จองห้องขนาดเล็กสุดไป ราคาถูกมากสำหรับ2คน ห้อง semi double room ไม่ได้แคบอย่างที่ทำใจไว้ กระเป๋าเดินทางไซ้ส์20 สองใบกางได้พอดี ( ถ้าไซส์28ขึ้นไปจะกางได้แต่ไม่มีที่เดิน) เตียงนอนได้สองคนพอดีแบบไม่อึดอัด ในห้องมีอุปกรณ์ครบทุกอย่างสะอาด รร.ใหม่ดี ไลน์อาหารเช้าดูเหมือนน้อย แต่จริงๆคือหลากหลายมาก รร.อยุาใกล้สถานีฮากาตะ เดินเท้าสบายๆ2บล้อคถนน เดินไปคาเนลซิตี้15-20นาที หน้ารร.มี lawson โดยรวมพอใจมากครับ

สะดวกใกล้ที่เช่ารถเ วลาคืนรถก็ง่าย แถวรร.มีlawson สามารถเดินไปสถานีฮากาตะได้ไม่ไกลเกิน แต่พอดึกๆไม่ค่อยมีร้านอาหารเปิด ต้องเดินไปที่สถานีฮากาตะ นั่งแท็กซี่ไปสนามบิน15นาที 1680เยน

It is 5 minutes walking to hakata station. Is a nice hotel, we book a twin room, therefore, it has bigger space.

Staff was unfriendly and cold when we checked in. She was on the phone and we had to wait for 10 minutes before somebody else came and dealt with us. We booked 2 rooms and because we’re family we requested same floor but couldn’t get it and ended up staying in separate floor. Breakfast was ok. Location quite near station & there’s Lawson & soba restaurant across the hotel.

I booked double room. At first I thought the room would be cramped. But unexpectedly, the room was quite spacious for a big luggage. And what I like the most is the toiletries quite complete (minus shower cap) but that's okay. The staff would clean your room if you stay for more than 2 nights. But fortunately, our room was cleaned although we only stay 2 nights. The located is okay, we can take a walk for 10-15 minutes to Hakata Canal City. 10 minutes from Hakata Bus Station and AMU Plaza. There are Lawson and Family Mart near the hotel. Only 2 thing that missing, there's no free onsen and mineral water. But, that's not a big deal. Overall it was a good stay!

The basic necessities were in the hotel and the hotel is accessible to the Hakata train and bus station. I just have a few concerns which should have made our stay more comfortable: 1. I hope the staff can speak and understand basic English; 2. The hotel's standard check out time is 10 AM, I hope they can move this to a later time, at least 11 AM, because 10 AM is too early. We requested for a late check out at 12 NN since anyway we checked in at around 10 PM and we stayed for 7 days, but our request was not granted. The staff only granted 11 AM. Unfortunately, on our check out date, at few minutes before 10 AM, the reception kept calling our room to remind us that the check out time is 10 AM and we will be charged if we stay longer. I was trying to explain that we were allowed to check out at 11 AM but the staff could not understand English so my efforts were to no avail; 3. I hope the hotel provides softer pillows.

All facilities inside hotel are ok and good, but the services from staff at front are poor. They can’t speak even simple English, but still communicable. I asked the hotel if i can keep my luggages as i’ll come to stay in the next few days. I understand that it’s the rule that I cannot, but the staff should be more polite to customers. This is the first time i met impolite manner from customer services in Japan. Really bad experience to this hotel and I cancelled the other night in this hotel and changed to another hotel.

It’s more than perfect. The hotel is 5min walking leisurely from JR Hakata. It’s very well-equipped. All facilities are super new. Staff are gentle and very helpful. The room size is better than average Japanese hotel.
