Tiene una buena vista, pero la recámara que nos dieron se veía que no había sido ocupada. Olia a humedad y guardado, tenía juegos de cama algo viejos, no servía el agua en el sanitario. Afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación y la segunda estuvo un poco mejor.

No hot water in the shower, no hooks for a towel in the bathroom. Very old hotel that needs renovation. Not a cozy place to stay. Would not recommend. A waste of money. The staff is friendly.

La ubicación y las instalaciones

Todo excelente, lo único malo fue la regadera, sale muy poquita agua

Considero que un punto a mejorar sería el mantenimiento al baño pues olía muy feo impregnando la habitación de un olor desagradable, sin embargo en general el hotel es muy bueno. La atención muy buena y la alberca y playa excelentes.

Tienen restaurante dentro del hotel con servicio de 7am a 10pm amplio menú y muy rico. Tienen palabras, bonita vista de la playa y alberca. Hotel bonito en la entrada de Champotón.

Staff are very polite,, hotel was ok clean but we found 3 big insects on the floor being dead for over 2 days for sure

The air conditioned room was clean and comfortable - the onsite bar and restaurant are great and all the staff are very friendly

Buen trato y muy accesible

The place was a good overnight stop and the view was lovely. The restaurant was excellent! Leo was a great waiter. The manager was unhelpful, and a bit surly. The toilet did not flush at all. The manager did nothing and did not offer to give us a different room with a working toilet. I got a bucket for the restaurant waiter to flush with.
