처음 체크인했을 때는 모든 게 좋았습니다. 특히 고객 서비스가 좋았습니다. 그런데 체크아웃 후에 아버지께서 화장대에 제이드 반지를 두고 가셨다는 걸 알게 되셨어요. 그래서 전화해서 말씀하신 방에서 반지를 찾았는지 확인하려고 했는데... 확인해 보고 다시 오겠다고 하더군요. 하지만 지금까지 아무런 후속 조치도 취해지지 않더군요. 그래서 친척에게 직접 가서 확인해 보라고 했어요! 정말 부정직했어요! 아무것도 찾지 못했다고 하더군요. 혹시 숙박하시는 분들은 귀중품을 두고 가지 마세요.

Worst Hotel I ever tried in the range 70-100 price, smelly bed/pillow/blanket, some lighting is not working, very poor or non-internet wifi ...Own data with cellphone also in 2 bar signal...tv channel also blur....

I booked this hotel for Rm71.59 for standard room. The room is very clean, bathroom with water heater. There no lift as it only have a floor. So, need to climb stairs. Overall is okay for a short stay.

During my booking through App I specifically requested a non smoking room with window as both of my children are acute asthma sufferers. Picture shown for family room that I booked was with window and 1 queen bed with another single bed, so the room suitable for my family. Before check in, I have already called and even remind the hotel to make sure the room is a non smoking room. But when I arrived, I'm so disappointed. The lobby smell like a smoking area. The room is even worst, it was so stuffy, the bedsheet even had a blood stain, the bathroom was not properly washed and the worst of all is a smoking room. I requested a new room, but the receptionist said all rooms are fully booked. I checked a few other hotel to accommodate my stay but all was fully booked. Overall, looks like this is my first and last stay here and will never ever recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

The girl receptionist is friendly and always with smile. But it was just the room is not comfortable and the bed sheet a bit worn out which need to change. The aircond leaking and not cold. Quite far from Malacca town, around 30mins by car.

The room is nice. But the water pipes and shower were leaking. The heater for the shower also malfunctioning. This is quite disappointed for us. Hope the staffs will always recheck the rooms before the customers check in.
