편안하고 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었으며, 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 직원들은 숙박 기간 내내 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 주변에 식당과 상점이 많아 위치도 편리했습니다.

아침 식사가 제공되지 않는 것은 아쉽지만, 근처에서 식사를 해결할 수 있습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다! 하지만 객실 상태는 IBIS 호텔의 대형 브랜드에 비해 수용할 수 없습니다. 깨진 바닥이 발견되었고, 화장실에 들어갈 때 바닥의 균형이 맞지 않아 사람들이 넘어질 수 있습니다. 침실 의자가 흔들리고 거의 부서질 뻔했습니다. 객실이 오래되어 냄새가 나는가요? 친절하게 개선해 주세요.

Saya dan keluarga menginap 5 malam disini. Pelayanan kamar tidak ada sop pasti, selalu ada yang kurang. Keset sering tidak diberi. Untuk cari makan di sekitar hotel juga susah dan jauh. Perlu brand audit. Petugas (wanita) di egg station tidak profesional sambil melayani tamu mulutnya sambil makan.

Bad Location, Bad breakfast , far away for any convenience as super market ETC.

The water leaks out of the shower, every time after shower it will flood.

I was threaten by 1 of the staff at IBIS Cafe. I brought my family & we stayed in 2 rooms with complimentary breakfast for 4 adults. However i have a 5 year old child which we didn't plan for him to have breakfast full course as he does not usually eat much & already had his milk. The guy insists we pay RM14 or if he sees my child eating any food serve there he will ask us to pay cash. So we decided to skip the breakfast as it is not worth... plus the guy was very rude and threatened us. So my question if as a mother i cannot share even a bite of my bread to my child? IBIS Hotel is not up to the standard ad what they claimed to be....a great hospitality to families. Backup and i will never step into the hotel again

Nice hotel. Best bed. Great breakfast. Affordable price. Just placed near a construction area.

Nice ambience. And affordable. But not many things to do around the area.

The hotel is situated pretty far out of town and shopping malls. But the purpose of this trip was to go somewhere quiet and just relax before going back to the madding crowd and this was the perfect place for my r and r. On top of that, the food in the hotel cafe is tasty and delicious and the staff, from the receptionist, to the serving staff in the cafe, to housekeeping are extremely polite and helpful. This break turned out better than I hoped it would.

Room clean and cozy but the breakfast was bad, nothing much to eat at 8 am and the nasi lemak quality was bad and the sambal gravy waterly. Looking at it no appetite, staff busy walking around

Have to improve on the cleanliness and add more variaties on the breakfast. The rest is good.
