호텔은 훌륭합니다. 멋지고, 깨끗하고, 차갑습니다. 하지만 버스 정류장이나 플라자와 그리 가깝지 않아서 삼륜차를 타야 한다는 점에 유의하세요. 하지만 직원들은 친절하고, 가격대비 방이 넓었습니다. 주변에 식당이 별로 없어서 무료 아침 식사가 제공되는 것이 장점입니다.

The hotel is clean and the people are accommodating. We have a peaceful stay in the hotel, and the ambiance of the room is so calming.

Nice place to stay. But the last time we've stayed there, we used to order food in our room and there was no service fee. When we ordered on the second day, they told me that they will charge 10% which was very new to me. So end up eating in their cafe.

Need to improve cleanliness of the bathroom, daily housekeeping should be done even without prior request, garbage must be collected every day to avoid pungent odor in the room Staff comfort room was dirty (stain everywhere) and broken door knob. could hardly reach the lavatory sink and faucet

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable room. Breakfast is good. Maybe the only improvement I could suggest is to get rid of the ants in some parts of the wall. But overall, I had a great stat.

Great value for your money. Staffs are really accommodating. The place is in the quiet part of Gen San and around 15-20 mins trike ride to SM Gen San but area is near 24 hrs establishments, super market and food hubs.

It was a nice place to stay. very quiet. you can relax. the staff was very accommodating and very nice. the room is clean and presentable.. hope all rooms have hot shower. the place is tidy and very well managed. very affordable. i will surely recommend it to everyone.

RSG's secret is their personnel. They are warmth and engaging, very personal yet give space to us with respect.

Very satisfied. The only problem we encountered is the smoke detector. It fools while my partner was sleeping. Not a big deal. Highly recommend.
