Very clean, customer service was excellent! Breakfast was better than others, lots of choices

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been very clean and quiet with a very friendly staff. The prices are good and it’s great that they allow pets. It’s weird, however, that there is no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is very basic with no gluten-free options.

Didnt like the area

The property was nice, but we stayed across from the boardroom and there were people in it all the time, screaming and running around. It would have likely been fine if they kept the door closed, but they had it propped open all day. I finally called the front desk around 9pm and asked them to help, which they did. It wasn't the hotel's fault that the adults in that room weren't more considerate to the other people staying at the hotel.

We were so appreciative of the hotel allowing us to use the meeting room !

This is my second time staying here and will probably stay here again when I travel to Stevens Point. It has a great location near the beautiful parks and down town area. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast was not the greatest. It started at 7am on the weekend and by the time we came down at 8 a lot of things were gone.

We came to Stevens Point for my daughter’s birthday. Hotel was extremely accommodating, clean, top notch!
