프라이빗 해변도 좋고, 서비스, 시설 다 좋았는데 성인 전용이라 아주 드물게 곳곳에 민망한 사진이 있는게 좀 흠이었어요. 참고로 저흰 여자 두명이 간거라 좀 적절치 않았네요 ^^

The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool.

there was no beach access. the beach smelled of sewer. the elevators didn’t work. they didn’t give blankets and i slept with a towel for warmth. very busy and a dog barked loudly each night. party place. not good for relaxing

Amazing place in a convenient location. Helpful and responsive staff, in particular Roberto. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Good view. No dressing gown, microwave was dirty. Cleaners came after 4pm.

Ist ein Hotel für Homosexuelle was nicht direkt ersichtlich ist, das heißt laute Schrei in der Nacht von 2-6 Uhr ist völlig normal

El hotel tiene vistas maravillosas al mar, nos hicieron un up grade lo cual valoramos mucho! La atención fue buena y el personal estuvo siempre para ayudar en lo que necesitábamos. La zona es tranquila y tienes restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room has everything you want but is sparse. The position and access to buses is fabulous, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel. Initially we were in a room with an awful view but they did change us to another room which was much better

Beach view was stunning although it faces the north side so no sunset or sunrise view. Rooms were spacious and in ok condition. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and were quick to address any of our requests. I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, had such a great time. It's been my second stay this year and will definitely be heading here again.

Support from Roberto and his team was spot on, very helpful! The hotel and our room was looking a little bit bruised in a few areas, otherwise a decent quality contemporary hotel in a good location next to a small quiet beach. It was closing parties weekend so the hotel was just a little bit noisy at times but nothing to complain about. Would use again in the future.

Très bon séjour à l’Axel Hotel Beach Ibiza. Chambre spacieuse, propre, lumineuse et bien climatisée. À notre arrivée, des accessoires d’hygiène étaient fournis gratuitement. Salle de bain bien équipée (savon, sèche-cheveux, miroir), mais absence de brosse à toilette. Coin cuisine fonctionnel avec frigo, congélateur et mini-bar (prix très élevés). Aucun torchon fourni, à prévoir si vous cuisinez. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, servi de 7h à 11h pour 18 €/personne. Piscine agréable (non chauffée), mais les matelas sont souvent “faussement réservés” tôt par les clients. Accès direct à une belle plage. Espace bien-être avec sauna, hammam et jacuzzi (le hammam ne fonctionnait pas toujours). Personnel sympathique et disponible. Check-in possible avant l’heure selon les disponibilités, check-out avant midi. Taxe de séjour à régler sur place (env. 20 €/personne pour une semaine). L’ambiance est plus mixte que prévu : l’hôtel se veut gay-friendly, mais la majorité des clients étaient des couples hétérosexuels lors de notre séjour. Attention si vous louez une voiture : très difficile de se garer à proximité, jusqu’à 20 minutes de recherche. Parking de l’hôtel à 21 €/jour.
