Everyone at this property was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this 10 out of 10

Beautiful resort with lots to do. Many different restaurants. Make sure you check with your concierge on your first day there to try and schedule dinners that require reservations and any excursions you may want to go on. Reservations book very quickly. All restaurants are closed daily from 230 to 4. We found out the hard way upon arrival and had to wait for room service. Room service is the only food that is available 24 seven. The beach barbecue is definitely one of our favorites for lunch. The alcohol was plentiful. The choices of vodka were great goose, kettle one, Smirnoff. No Tito’s. Several choices of bourbon as well. If you don’t like the drink, order something else ~it’s all inclusive!

The cleanliness of our room was perfect - so perfect and attention to details on cleanliness was perfect! No complaints about that. The food on the other hand needs a lot of work - some restaurants weren’t open for the WHOLE WEEK we were there. The food quality wasnt great, the two restaurants you have to make reservations for have the smallest portions. The unclear signs for the restaurants and locations also were not great. Overall, the staff was great but the food and location itself needs help

Food was good, staff was very helpful and professional. Overall, one of the best vacation to me and my husband.

La vdd es de los hoteles que más me han decepcionado. No volvería. Son discriminatorios con los Mexicanos, prefieren 1 dólar de propina que 200 pesos mexicanos. La mayoría del personal es mal educado y los alimentos son pocos, no variados y no tienen buen sabor. No es un buen todo incluido

The property is very good and has a lot to offer. There are two issues that I have with it. 1. We book this place because they advertise free transport from and to the airport. However this only applies to Cancun airport and the resort is in Tulum. We flew in to Tulum and had to pay $320 out of pocket for the transport. The property was not willing to offer any sort of compensation or credit. Issues 2. You will primarily have Mexican food even though they advertise internationally. The Italian restaurant is great and so is their pizza. Lastly, the best is not grate at all. It was covered in seaweed but there are tons for Bali bed for your to choose and so real issues there.

Excellent resort all workers are amazing and amenities are great.

Extremely well manicured property. Two hotels in one stay with use of their sister property adjacent. Easy beautiful walk, but shuttles are available. Loved the swings at the bars, very fun! Assortment of international cuisine, order off menus and buffets. Eggs Benedict was my favorite but the arifettis restaurant made an excellent omelet. Tacos Al carbon in the plaza by reception were available most nights with live music. Fridays was Mexican fiesta on the beach, they had a fire show too. There are three main pools, one was used for activities and the other two were more played back. The swim up rooms, very worth it, very romantic, and a bar is nearby all the swim ways. There are 2 things slightly negative. Silly things really, but soft drinks everywhere except your room were from 2 liter bottles and often flat by midday. And shame on us we went to a "presentation" to get discount for additional trips but it ranged from $29k to $59k for 10 year commitment. Too much for us! Otherwise everything was delightful.. Simply marvelous.

Room was very clean and spacious. Amenities were very good and all the staff members very accommodating.

Peaceful

I had a great solo stay here. The property is massive and I had to do quite a bit of walking to get anywhere even to the restaurant. The grounds are beautiful and you can see animals and birds native to the region. Overall it was relaxing, food and drinks were great. Staff was friendly and helpful

No entiendo como tiene tan buenas calificaciones. 1. Si eres mexicano no te hospedes aquí, los empleados solo hablan inglés, prefieren 1 Dólar de propina que 200 pesos Max. 2. De los 15 restaurantes que anuncian solo pueden usarse 3, la comida es de muy mediana calidad. 3. No tienen una Alberca grande decente. 4. El acceso a la playa todo el tiempo está cerrado, es privada pero no se puede meter uno y obvio llena de Sargazo.

We love staying at El dorado seaside palms! It’s an amazing place with lots to do! We were impressed with the staff. The food was outstanding and everything was clean and safe!

This was an amazing property! Staff are all friendly and always helpful. We had two rooms. The rooms are CLEAN!!! The sports bar and included restaurants were a little hidden and main lobby is far but the golf carts take you anywhere. The beach is cleaned all day everyday and the food is so good! The excursions were fun and very fun. I wish we had more time to spend there but hopefully I can come back again.

We absolutely loved El Dorado Palm Suites! The facilities and staff are top notch. Everyone is sweet and helpful. Thank you so much to Antonio, Martha and Jesus!!! We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful, extraordinary Vacation. We absolutely loved every moment. The beach was stunning with plenty of fish to see, the staff so warm and welcoming, the food exceeded our expectations for sure and we can not wait to go back to this beautiful resort!!
