There wasn’t much good to say about the hotel. We had cockroaches, very uncomfortable bed and bad pillows. Floor had a lot of cigarette burns.

I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head.

It was amazing!!! Loved our view and whirlpool bath in our room!

It is located next to the main road which even though is quite busy the motel room was very quiet. It was pleasant to get a good night's sleep in. Close to downtown and where the Passion Play was, nice central location.

The mattress and pillow had some stains, but overall good for the price for sure! Quiet, no one bothered us. Staff was friendly and check in/check out was very easy. Nice, convenient location with a trolley stop

I stayed for one night Saturday night and I’m riddled with bites today. Do not stay here.

Nice quiet and reasonable

Room smelled gross. Had to buy candles to stand it. Carpet was gross and found someone else's prescription bottle under a chair that i noticed...then seen a roachcrawling across the bed. Bedspread was so old that you could see thru it. Will never be back .

Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area.

Older property. Not much to look at on the outside. Room was clean. Amenities were good. Price was outstanding. Great value.

You get what you pay for a bedroom and bathroom. Good staff service. Very friendly

They should shut it down and redo the entire place! The room as we walked in smelled so bad. The lights didn’t work in the room it was dark and the towels were not white but stained brown. We went and got our money back. I do not recommend this place l!!!!!

I loved the jetted tub in my room. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep most of the night, because the person in the room next to me was playing very loud music until about 2:00 in the morning.

OWNERS WERE SO PLEASANT AND ACCOMODATING. MY DAD PASSED AWAY IN ARKANSAS AND I DROVE THERE FROM MN. WE HAD A BLIZZARD AND WE WERE DELAYED 1 DAY AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE MISSED DAY.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! This property is nasty old rundown. The rooms were dirty holes in the floor and up at the front desk. They live there in their house inside the hotel is disgusting. We went in the room turned right back around and left. The owner would not give the money back even though we didn’t stay there I would give this hotel less than one star if I could I give would give them negative stars. Again, do not stay at this hotel.

The furnance/ac wasnt working properly. And the knob feel off the jacuzzi. But it was great other than that.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Woke up every night at 3:00am with back ache. Internet signal was weak and constantly disconnected from the internet. Stains on the carpet, walls in sink area and bathroom area in disrepair. Found roach eggs in bedding with roach crawling on wall and on the bed the final morning, The hotel was so noisy with car noise from the highway almost impossible to sleep. Dirty laundry left in large pile outside first floor rooms next to the office. Several hotel guests were very sketchy, peeping out windows and walking up to you in the parking lot, felt very unsafe staying at this hotel!

Stayed here a couple of times as a couples get away will definitely stay again in the future
