온라인으로 일찍 예약해서 좀 실망스러웠는데, xprsn 카운터에 온라인 예약에 대해 물어보니 3층에 실망스러운 패밀리룸이 배정되었고, 에어컨은 오래되어서 16도에서도 시원하지 않았고, 욕실 문 잠금장치가 고장났고, 바닥이 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 변기도 좀 더럽고, 물내림 장치도 고장났습니다. 관리팀에서 이 문제를 해결해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다.

There 's additional tax fee RM2 charged during check in and the room is beyond the expections where there 's no bath tub, no towel prepared. Very old hotel with old television and fridge.

Location okeyy dekat dengan pasar Siti Khadijah , but bilik dia horrible yee . Katil lama , environment pun macam hotel dulu dulu yang lama lama , tv still guna tv besaq tuu tau , bilik air berbau hancing padahal bru check in , tilam tahun bile tak tau lahh , sangat sangat tak selesa , but facilities okeyy , ade lif dan laluan untuk oku so memudahkan saya bawa my grandma yang berkerusi roda .

Bilik 321 memuaskan. Pintu bilik air reput, tak boleh nak kunci. Air panas tidak berfungsi langsung. Lampu pula malap macam sedih ja. Bilik agak berhabuk. Boleh ditingkatkan lagi untuk pelanggan lain. Terima kasih

This hotel needs marriage card for couple persons to stay here. Choose other hotel.

The location was great because it's really near to the bus station,it's literally just across the road. Also rather near to Parkson and the Pasar Siti Khadijah. The only downside would be that the facility is quite old and looked rather run down and I think I saw a roach run by in the morning when I'm heading to the toilet as well, but the sheets and toilet were clean. A must mention is the front desk staff which was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel looks old-fashioned as an old-fashioned hotel in Malaysia hundreds of years ago. I was really surprised when I walked into this hotel room it looked dark and nothing called a hotel that looks like an abandoned house and has never been repaired. The wifi is only available in the lobby of the hotel and there is no wifi in the rooms. The next door room looks very dark and not bright, I really feel like it is like a movie haunted hotel. I will never come to this hotel again even though its price is comparable to a new hotel opened.

Need to renovate room and facilities.

The hotel is not maintained! no housekeeping done.
