I decided to book this new Guesthouse for its location; within 5 minutes walking from the Estoril Congress Center, 2 min from a supermarket near a round-about just in front, and within 10 min from the Estoril train station or bus stop or beach. Reply to my email request was quick. I arrived at the Lisbon Airport on 10PM and airport pick-up service at 50-60EUR was very helpful. I stayed at a rom in the second floor with a balcony for 4 nights. The room was not so large but quite bright, equipped well, and mattress was very comfortable to sleep - not so hard not too soft. mattress.The small buffet room has fantastic view and fresh orange juice and omelette was very good. The guesthouse has 11 rooms, a outdoor swimming pool and poolside beds. The main gait with metallic grid can be opened with room card. One can feel like staying in a safe and calm second-house. I will surely stay again.

Loved the place. Recently renovated to a hotel from a mansion. Very clean, spotless hotel vibe but still with a bit of home like. Breakfast is just thought to be a bonus as it is nothing special, close to Casiono and a market, a bit of a walk to the beach and train station, very walkable!

Modern hotel, 5 minute walk to the beach. Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us. We were able to book the hotel garage parking on-site for a fee, you access the garage via an electronic door at street level (no ramp). Great facilities, loved the pool and balcony. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Breakfast options were good. Supermarkets and shops etc very close by. Would recommend.

Hotel com ótima localização. Tem estacionamento na rua, em frente ao hotel, que não precisa pagar entre as 20:00 e 8:00. Café da manhã muito bom. Os funcionários, Ana e João, são muito atenciosos, prestativos e solicitos. Era aniversário de meu esposo, chegamos e ana havia preparado um mimo.

Overall, a clean and nice place to stay. There are some unique design elements theoughout. The breakfast is truly outstanding. The food was tasty, the service was fast, and the breakfast location was clean.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Made to order breakfast was bonus. Only con is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything in the hallway. if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs

Very accommodating, clean spacious room , friendly staff especially Francisco! Great breakfast, good selection of menu items , for breakfast! We didn’t use pool, but very close to the Sea. We loved the room .

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good as well. There was plenty of storage space. The spacious desk and safe box came in handy. We also liked the motorized blackout drapes, the lobby with its great selection of books, the quiet atmosphere, and, of course, the background music. I just wish there had been an ironing board and a grab bar to help with getting in and out of the bathtub, as it is a bit taller than usual, which requires extra caution when using it. I would definitely comeback.

Didn’t use the pool. The staff were friendly very professional and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was lovely had everything to chose from.

Super fijn verblijf (stil , rustig en vlakbij station gelegen) met veel pluspunten! Voldoende kastruimte voor je kleding, badjassen aanwezig, Rituals (shampoo-conditioner-handzeep-geurstokjes) in de badkamer, stille airco, badlakens voor het zwembad.

Breakfast was very good with eggs offered, cold cuts and cheese as well as marvelous bread. The coffee was fresh and service was fast and courteous.

Amazing place; awesome staff; location is excellent. Definitely coming back.
