I decided to book this new Guesthouse for its location; within 5 minutes walking from the Estoril Congress Center, 2 min from a supermarket near a round-about just in front, and within 10 min from the Estoril train station or bus stop or beach. Reply to my email request was quick. I arrived at the Lisbon Airport on 10PM and airport pick-up service at 50-60EUR was very helpful. I stayed at a rom in the second floor with a balcony for 4 nights. The room was not so large but quite bright, equipped well, and mattress was very comfortable to sleep - not so hard not too soft. mattress.The small buffet room has fantastic view and fresh orange juice and omelette was very good. The guesthouse has 11 rooms, a outdoor swimming pool and poolside beds. The main gait with metallic grid can be opened with room card. One can feel like staying in a safe and calm second-house. I will surely stay again.

Loved the place. Recently renovated to a hotel from a mansion. Very clean, spotless hotel vibe but still with a bit of home like. Breakfast is just thought to be a bonus as it is nothing special, close to Casiono and a market, a bit of a walk to the beach and train station, very walkable!

Sehr freundliches Personal,sehr Hilfsbereit und sehr Sauber. Kleines Frühstück,reichte uns alle Eier Gerichte immer frisch zu bereitet.Zimmer mit allem was man braucht für 2-3 Tage. Auf hänge Hacken im Bad sucht man vergebens,da wäre noch ein nachrüsten empfihlen

Super clean. The staff couldnt be more amicable, and courteous. Very convenient for transport. I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Not a lot of options for eating around the hotel and quite a walk to get to Cascais waterfront where there are lots of places.

Great checkin and overall service experience. Good location but car parking is either paid or hunt for free spot on the street. Only request would be to include water kettle for tea making in the room. Will be back again, when I stay in Estoril.

Litet hemtrevligt hotell med god frukost. Balkong med eftermiddagssol. Liten men trevlig pool och solstolar fanns det också. Man sov bra eftersom det inte var lyhört mellan rummen och inga ljud från vägen störde heller

The hotel and staff were very helpful. The area was quiet and convenient. There were guests in another part of the building that appeared to have a domestic argument and stomping around. The walls or floor may be a bit thing, we had no issues with this though - earplugs. I would definitely return. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast and coffee was nice, great staff!
