Perfect stay great hotel staff friendly

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Das erste einfach nur zum schlafen, da wir spät angereist sind. Am nächsten Tag Zimmerwechsel. Haben ganz entspannt Prag erkundet und sind dann 15 Uhr zum Hotel. Das andere Zimmer war grandios mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon und Whirlwanne im Zimmer. Eine Dusche hat im Zimmer gefehlt. Frühstück und Personal waren Mega und auch der Shuttle nach Prag Wir kommen wieder. Es war eine tolle Auszeit

This review is a comparison with my previous stay at Hotel Aura Design which was 6 weeks before the current visit. Same room another floor, was in much more used condition (I would say it was in visibly worse condition). In addition to that the bed sheet was torn apart on several places, when we entered the room there was hair on the pillows (which after complaining were immediately changed). At check-in lady at the reception was really kind, cant say the same for the guy working the next morning. At 7AM when my wife took the dogs on a morning walk he started yelling why we have not payed for the dogs (at check-in the dogs were present, also previous time we were charged at check-out). It is even worse knowing that the same person said nothing to me like 2 hours before that for the same dogs. As a positive things the breakfast is nice, parking is free and they have enough spaces. Although I mentioned a complain regarding the dogs situation they are still one of the cheapest in Prague (at least when staying for only one night). The hotel is not centrally located (they offer shuttle service during the day) but if you are traveling it is convenient since you wont get stuck in Prague traffic.

La chambre et le personnel étaient vraiment bien. En revanche la salle de bain mérite une rénovation.

Possibility to park was excellent and staff very friendly.

During our travel we had an over night stay in Prague and we choose Aura Design hotel, it was a good choice, the place is easily accessible with car, has private parking it is clean and well maintained. Also the staff is super friendly and gives their best to help you and make your stay more enjoyable.

The reception staff were great and the hotel is very clean. The area around is nice and quiet. The distance of the hotel from the city center was not a problem for me because of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. It is really a great feature and I appreciate it very much. I have a comment on the cleaning staff. They should pay more attention to the walls and ceiling of the room and also behind the curtains. There were several small spiders and two medium-sized crawling insects in the room and the bathroom. I did not really like this. I removed them, but this did not feel good. Other than that, everything was good and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

It's a great value for your money, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the city centre and more if you ask. Breakfast was as in every single hotel with variety of options. 5/5

Shuttle was very helpful

Prag da 2 gün bu otelde kaldık çalışanlar güleryüzlü yardımsever otel tertemiz çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca otelden şehir merkezi 10-12 dk sürüyor ücretsiz servisleri var. Arabamızı otelin otoparkında bırakıp servisleriyle merkeze gittik bizim için çok konforluydu

Unfreundlich

We enjoyed the great breakfast that had many options to choose from. Also the swimming pool was really nice and super clean which is the reason we went there. We will definitely go again!
