매우 친절했어요!!

우선 호텔 위치가 너무 좋음. 소칼로 광장과 대성당 사이에 위치하며 자전거를 대여해 주어 쉽게 방문할 수 있음, 호텔은 아기자기하고 유니크한 분위기로 잘 꾸며져 있으며 옥상에 루프탑바와 작지만 아담한 수영장도 있음. 특히 오래된 공동품 엘리베이터가 재미있음. 코로나 시국이라 조식을 방으로 서빙해 주었음. 단 한가지 샤워 시설이 고정형 샤워 꼭지라서 물이 조금 넘치는 것과 외부 주차를 해야 해서 추가 요금이 들어가는 것 빼고는 전체적으로 아주 좋은 호텔임. 리셉션 직원이 무척친절하고 퇴실할때는 사진을 찍어서 메일로 보내주는 서비스를 하였음. 전체적으로 가격에 비해서 아주 만족 스러움

젊은 아가씨가 채크인에 친절하게 안내해 주고 또 방에는 예쁜카드에 한글로 반갑다는 인사를 삐뚤 삐뚤 써서 놓았다, 우리나라 K-POP의 위력으로 미루어 짐작해 본다.

이호텔 외부 건물이 낡아서 후줄근 하겠거니 생각했는데 아니더군요 초대현대적 내부에 허투로 볼 호텔이 아닌거 같아요 가격대비 성능 최고입니다. 시내 한가운데 위치해서 관광하기도 좋고 특이하게 방에 빔프로젝트 스크린이 설치되어 있어요. 비지니스 용으로도 많이 쓰나봐요 방에 천장도 높고 환기도 잘되고 무엇보다 방음이 잘 되었던거 같아요 한가지 불편한건 도어록이 적응이 잘 않되서 적응하는데 시간이 걸렸어요

La limpieza es muy buena

Room was clean. Extremely friendly staff. Awesome rooftop pool and bar and restaurant. Central to many sites within walking distance. The rooms are a little strange. No wall that goes to ceiling for bathroom so no privacy. No windows in room so it was like living in a cave.

Rooms do not have windows & were humid. Issues with AC lovely rooftop deck.

En general, el hotel y más las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy amable y atento. Un tema que en lo particular no me gustó, pero es cuestión de percepción, es que el hotel en su interior está muy oscuro, llega a ser un poco lúgubre. Es muy tranquilo, muy poco ruido. Mucha agua para los baños y el aseo personal.

Pictures look a little different from reality. It was clean, staff was friendly. Location is superb.

The room was clean. Staff was very kind. Beds were wonderful. Good location.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, room was true to pictures (we had windows facing the street that could open), good linens, strong hot shower. A/C worked well but we preferred opening the windows. Av. Uruguay can be noisy though (we’re used to a busy street). Restaurant on roof terrace was good and pleasant to hang out. Great staff!

The hotel was conveniently located in the historic center of Mexico City but 2 blocks away from the tourist crowds and bustle. Most of the historic sites of the city were an easy walk as were many famous restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.Our room was large and quiet and housekeeping vry good. We were pleased to be there.

The hotel is nice, but it is an American brand with American touches. The entire restaurant and room service menu were American dishes. I don’t even recall seeing a taco on the menu. I stayed in late September and the pool was closed. The hotel itself is fabulous and beautiful. I believe it used to be a bank. The common areas and hallways are dark, vampy, and have glass floors. The rooms on the other hand left more to be desired — goes back to the American touch. The staff were all amazing and accommodating.

Our stay in hotel city centro was fantastic, the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff took good care of us.
