지하철역, 번화가와의 위치가 좋았으며, 카운터 직원들이 친절했고 체크아웃 후 캐리어도 아주 흔쾌히 맡아주었습니다. 저는 영어에 많이 능숙하지는 않은 편인데 설명이 매우 친절했습니다. 창문이 예쁜 길거리쪽 방이 아니라 실망스러운 것 빼고는 만족했습니다. 그리고 굳이 꼽자면 카드키가 아니고 열쇠키인 점, 1층 조식이 예상보다는 비쌌던 점은 있으나 전혀 문제가 되진 않습니다.

Perfection

Beautiful cozy room. We were in the building across the street from main building. Stairs at entrance to note if any mobility issues. It was loud during the day from the buskers in nearby square. Quiet and peaceful at night. The Paris location - Experimental Marais, has larger, well appointed rooms with seating and a lobby which were missing elements on this stay. It’s a great central location and overall a lovely accommodations.

Really nice room, helpful staff and great location

Friendly welcome and appreciated early check in. Central Covent Garden location on quiet no-traffic street; close to train/tube and many sights. Small but stylish room, very smart and clean (in second building across the street). Breakfast tasty - small buffet and cooked-to-order eggs. Good shower. Room would benefit from a chair and fixing early sash window. Not cheap but enjoyed my stay.

Quirky and superb. Room was really excellent- very comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Coffee, good TV etc. Staff were brilliant. Cocktails v good. Location just superb. Pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Cannot recommend highly enough for a boutique hotel option.

Welcoming staff, good size rooms, good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes on the doorstep. Would stay again.
