지하철역, 번화가와의 위치가 좋았으며, 카운터 직원들이 친절했고 체크아웃 후 캐리어도 아주 흔쾌히 맡아주었습니다. 저는 영어에 많이 능숙하지는 않은 편인데 설명이 매우 친절했습니다. 창문이 예쁜 길거리쪽 방이 아니라 실망스러운 것 빼고는 만족했습니다. 그리고 굳이 꼽자면 카드키가 아니고 열쇠키인 점, 1층 조식이 예상보다는 비쌌던 점은 있으나 전혀 문제가 되진 않습니다.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the property is close to everything and the rooms are clean and well maintained. This hotel is lovely in every possible way!

Lovely staff welcomed me, and the room was clean and a good size. Bed was extremely comfortable . The outside street noise was audible up until a point and then was lovely and quiet for the night. A thoroughly lovely experience, especially for a single traveler as situated in the heart of where you want to be!

THIS is THE place to stay in London, if you want an incredible touristy/West End/shopping/ museum location (Covent Garden)!

The Henrietta is a lovely boutique hotel in a great area for walking, dining options, shopping, etc. It would be perfect for a one or two night stay, however we found the room a little disfunctional for our five night stay as there is no place to put clothing (no drawers or cabinets) other than a small area to hang a few items. There is also no room for suitcases, so difficult to 'live out of the suitcase'. There is very little room in the bathroom on the vanity to put any items that you may be using at the time. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, and we liked the decor.

Our room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and efficient. Just a few small niggles - a drain smell in the bedroom when the room had been closed up while we were out during the day, the cups and saucers in the room did not fit together, very small quantities of fruit and yoghurt available for breakfast, but these are really small points, Overall a lovely hotel and we would return.

Great location. Walkable to so very much. Convenient breakfast and very nice, helpful staff. Lots of public transportation options close by. Will stay here again on our next visit to London.

Great property in the heart of Covent Garden. Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, decorated nice, and had a large bathroom with plenty of space. We enjoyed being close to all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was within a 5 minute walk of the underground which made it convenient for travel around town and to and from Heathrow. Loved it and would stay here again.

It was. Very comfortable , slept well . Clean . Too many things for sale in fridge , should have a breakfast with this price ,also the big bummer was looking at a roof for such a high price . Staff was nice and comfort was good .

Foi tudo perfeito! Desde a chegada, quando anteciparam a nossa entrada (estávamos muito cansados por viajar a noite inteira). O café da manhã impecável, o conforto do quarto também é incrível! Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O atendimento muito cordial e sempre disposto a ajudar. Voltarei e indicarei aos amigos, com certeza!

Wonderful hotel!

Upgraded older buildings in unique Covent Gardens area. Not all rooms are accessible by elevator without having to negotiate some stairs. Good breakfast at attached Henri Restaurant. Some rooms are across street in annex. Rooms are not spacious. Street is closed every day from 11:00am to 11:00pm so then can only get about a one block walk to hotel by vehicle.

Great Great Location in Covent Garden. 1 1/2 blocks to Covent Station Piccadilly Purple line . Straight shot to Heathrow without transfer. Safe, numerous restaurants 2 blocks to Covent Market. However Hotel was very hard to find😬

Amazing location as it is very walkable to most tourist attractions. Many options for food as there is a market closeby as well as restaurants and pubs. The area felt very safe and accessible to the public transportation system. Room itself is quite small but cozy. Definitely recommended if you are looking for convenience

The best experience! Beautiful rooms. Will stay here again next time we’re in Covent Garden.
