체크인 할 때부터 데스크에서 밝게 웃어주던 직원들이 아직도 기억나네요;; 체크인 하면서 마끼아또 한잔을 마시며 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 전체적으로 만족 하였으나, 샤워실 안에 위쪽에서 물이 나오는 부분이 고장이 나서 사용하지 못 해 불편하였고, 코인 세탁기라도 있으면 좀 더 나은 서비스를 받을 수 있을 것 같습니다.

The staff is very helpful, the lobby is lovely. But I noticed it is a little grubby since the last time I stayed here a year and a half ago. Chipped paint, dirty carpet in the hallway.

Modern and clean. Close to train station, waked downtown to eat and see activities. Great breakfast

- The LED lights flicker in room 001 - they provide one hand towel, one floor towel and one bath towel for two people - pillows are filled with cotton balls - no water in room, you have to go to a dispenser (fine) but no bottles divided, suggested to use an empty water bottle. - 1 water cup provided in room - floors left socks black and also sandy - you get what you pay for I suppose. - would not recommend, outside of convenient parking. Close to train. - they try hard to be modern, but skip on the basics of hospitality and accommodation.

Modern hotel within walking distance to the train station, major shopping and the beaches! Loved Pescara!

Modern and clean. Small rooms with narrows window overlooking a massive carpark outside the main train station. The centre of town is 10 min walk through that carpark: not the best sight. All in all ok for one night stay.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and powerful shower

Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the noise of water every night and lack of bathrobes.

Big comfy room, opening window, really tasty breakfast, good location. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay

Incredible place to stay. Breakfast was amazing.

Outstanding breakfast, free parking, great central location, quiet, very comfortable beds and easy to find. I’d definitely return.

The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very secure. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the shopping district. The only hang up was the included breakfast. The breakfast included with our stay had many pastries and packages of gluten free and vegan pastry options. When my wife tried to take a few of them for the road (about 10 euros worth), she was scolded by a young girl in the breakfast area that they were not for take away. This infuriated my wife and made the stay less enjoyable. For your information, we paid for the breakfast and we will eat it where we please. Nothing in the literature for the hotel stated that we could not take what we wanted from the breakfast area or that it had to be eaten in the breakfast area. Stop being cheap and rude. It hurts your overall guest experience. I would have given five stars across the board if not for this very rude and foolish interaction.
