Kamarnya lumayan bagus, ada pantry jadi bisa masak. Lokasi agak jauh sedikit dari pusat keramaian. Pemiliknya sangat informative dan sangat membantu dalam perjalanan.

I love this place. Service, location, and price point was just perfect. Management was really helpful to make sure that the self check-in process goes smoothly and the guests completely aware of the to-dos and what-nots in & around the property; and boy, they did deliver! Check-in tip: They will message you through international SMS and e-mail, but they also reachable through Skype at office hour. I personally think this is the best way to contact them if you have any concerns or questions. Management was really responsive in handling all my inquiries and even let me check-in early. They will also e-mail you handful of self-made pdf guides on where to go around if you need food, groceries, and entertainment around the area and Osaka. Location: Located in a very quiet and private residential area. Only 500m away from 2 stations, one is Koboreguchi (Osaka Metro) station and the other is Bishoen (JR) station. Perfect if you have JR Pass, but it's also walkable (1,2km away) from the big transit station, Tennoji. Also there's a huge supermarket 200m away from the property, surrounded by lots of vending machine, $1 sushi restaurant, and a Lawson. The building was not so hard to find, management will also send you a meticulous guide on how to get there by bus or train. Room: Clean and tidy 1 BR studio fit for 3 people, with 2 twin beds and 1 futon complete with blankets and pillows for each. Not too big, but just enough and comfortable. You could also move the beds together to create a larger space in the room. Bathing room and toilet/bidet are separated. Amenities: TV with local channels, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, and complete set of toiletries (toothbrushes for 3, soap, shampoo, and conditioner). They provide bath & face towels as well but mind you they will not exchange the towel until check-out. Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable. Enough said. Will I come back? Absolutely.

Lumayan berjalan sekitar 8 menit ke stasiun bisa terhubung jari kalau punya passnya . Kalau enggak musti tambah biaya transportasi. Untuk toko supermarket lumayan dekat jalan 2 menit, sayang tidak bisa masak disitu.
