위치며 서비스며 진짜 최악 절대 이용하지마세요

방도 넓고 깨끗하니 쾌적했습니다. 조식도 좋았구요. 직원분들도 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 위치는.. 좋지도 나쁘지도 않지만 비엔나 특성상 시내 돌아다니는데 문제는 없었습니다. 가장 가까운 지하철역까지는 도보로 5분정도에요. 가격도 다른 곳 대비 저렴해서 다시 방문할 용의도 있습니다.

직원들이 친절하고 가격대비 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다.

굉장히 깨끗하고 역주변에 있어서 만족하였습니다. 좀 불편했던 점은 밤에 추운거 빼고는 모두 만족합니다.

첫 오스트리아 여행의 첫 숙소여서 레스토랑에서 커피를 주문할 때 앉아서 기다리는 것이 오스트리아의 문화인지도 몰라서 우왕좌왕 했는데도 차분히 응대해준 일하시는 분들이 고마웠어요~ 숙소는 냉장고가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 나머지는 편리하게 잘 정돈되어있어요 ^^ 걸어서 중앙역까지 10분 정도 거리여서 여유롭게 걸어다니기 좋았습니다 ^^ 특별히 모든것이 완벽했던 조식은 지금까지도 기억에 남아요~조식은 미리 신청하는 것이 아니라 숙박한 다음 날 아침 프론트에서 몇호인지 이야기하고 계산하시고 드시면 됩니다! 앞으로 오스트리아로 가실 많은 분들 즐거운 여행 되세요 ^^

호텔방의 천장이 높고 방은 넓습니다. 그리고 각 방의 테마에 따른 인테리어가 좋았습니다. 또한 직원들은 친절하고 조식도 맛있었네요~^^ 다만 팁은... 조식이 호텔에서 18유로입니다... ~^^

The crew stood out they were all so nice and accommodating. They made me feel at home. Unfortunately I was in and out of the hotel i really didn’t have time to taste their wine collection they also had beautiful art inside. It’s super close the district 1 (9 mins walk) and tram was close too ( 9 mins walk) Super clean and spacious

I shared a room with my parents and had their third person sleeping arrangement. It was the worst bed I ever slept in. It was a thin mattress on an unfolded couch, I could feel every crease of the couch digging into me. On the third night my dad insisted he take that bed and he agreed the next morning that it’s the worst bed he’s ever slept in. I was disappointed because this was one of the more upscale places we ever stayed at but the main part of a hotel for us is a good nights rest so we can explore the city. Staff were overall friendly.

We made it our home base while travelling in Austria and came back and service was just as excellent

Off the beaten track but convenient and easy to access all sites. We loved that it was so quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful!

Overall, the hotel feels a bit dated, but it has a certain charm. The room was spacious and comfortable, though slightly too cold for my taste. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of local specialties, and the location is excellent.

Amazing staff & breakfast was a wonderful treat on my first morning in Austria!

Breakfast buffet was wonderful with the option of ordering omelets in addition to the delicious European assortment.

Great big room, great amenities and friendly staff

Our room had a great view! The only detractor was having to walk up a flight of steps to the elevator. Normally that would not be a problem, but I had a knee injury.
