위치는 정말 좋고 머물기 편안합니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 침대 시트, 수건, 이불이 청결함에 있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Wonderful staff but I don’t recommend! Dirty, mosquitoes etc.

学生の1人旅で1泊しました。 綺麗ですが、ホテルというより部屋の一室です。問題なく泊まれますが、そとは少しうるさいです。

The location was good, but there was not a sign outside on the street, so a little confusing when we arrived

The comfortable room had plenty of space beautiful high ceilings. Although the included breakfast was very light, we were thankful for the option. The location was perfect and in the heart of so much to see and do!

All staffs here were kind and welcomed me with good hospitality. You can smoothly communicate with them in English, and one of the owners even speaks Japanese! 日本語が話せるオーナーがいます。

It was winter, very cold at night. Shower (boiler) was broken therefore we could not take shower. All rooms were occupied so we could not take shower in other room either. Hotel staff said they had called electrician at 10am the next day. We waited until 12pm but still no hot shower. Simplu disappointing.

Excellent, affordable, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Perfect location in downtown. The Grand Agor has been refurbished in the last three years, so everything is new and modern—including the private bathrooms in each room. Highly recommended.

Hospitality was great and the staff’s friendliness

Den var helt fantastisk. Service var underbar speciellt med en person som heter Hani. Jag är mycket nöjd och glad och det var trygghet i den här hotellet.

فندق رائع وجميل بوسط البلد ولكن ينصح بإختيار غرفه غير مطلع على الشارع للازعاج وقت النوم .. تعامل الموظفين ودودين وهم هاني حسن و ثامر طلعت وهم ودودين وخدومين للغايه تحياتي لهم❤️

La ubicación es buena, el personal es muy atento . Pero un día no limpiaron la habitación, y además las sabanas y cubrecama parecían sucias.

飯店本身比較老舊了，但是老式電梯超級酷的！！飯店服務的人員態度都非常親切，我們本來住的那間熱水無法用，跟他們反應之後他們馬上處理，之後幫我們直接換了一間房間。

The stay was great! Service and communication was great. The AC issue is a nonissue to us - we understand those things. The feng shui was amazing. Check in simple. It would be cool to have a washer and dryer on site for guests. The room was very clean, but if I may be honest, a little dusty. I think the finer details need attention: like dust, floorboards, cracks and corners, shower leaks onto the floor. I would stay there again, without a doubt! The location and entrance and stairs and high ceilings, etc. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet didn’t work well, but after we spoke with the manager, he solved the problem. I really recommend this hostel!

Pontos ruins: - toalhas pareciam uma lixa de tao áspera - Sem amenities basicas (shampoo, cond, sabonete) - Chuveiro não esquentou no segundo dia - Ar condicionado não funcionava para regular temperatura - Fachada assustadora - Não arrumaram o quarto, precisa solicitar arrumação, não foi avisado - Banheiro separado da cama apenas por uma parede de vidro, comprometendo a privacidade. - pagando um pouco a mais, vc pode ficar num 5 estrelas Pontos bons: - bem localizado - café da manhã - recepcionista simpático
