전체 평가 및 리뷰 M Roof Hotel & Residences

호텔이 새로 문을 열었을 때 이용했었는데, 몇 년 만에 다시 가보니 조금 실망스러웠습니다. 유지 관리가 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 타일은 더럽고 많이 낡았습니다. 소파는 대부분 미관상 좋지 않아 푹 꺼져 있었습니다. TV 채널도 제한적이었습니다. 개인적으로는 호텔이 리모델링과 업그레이드가 필요한 시점이라고 생각합니다. 위치도 완벽하고 조용했습니다. 이 호텔은 마음에 들지만, 리모델링이 필요한 시점입니다.

호텔이 정말 좋았어요. 킹룸으로 무료 업그레이드도 해줬어요. 여기 묵는 걸 강력 추천합니다.

체크인부터 숙박, 체크아웃까지 모든 게 좋았습니다. 감사합니다

넓은 공간과 객실 분위기가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 통나무처럼 푹 잤어요! 다음 여행이 벌써부터 기대되네요! 붙박이 비데 대신 일반 변기 비데를 고려해 주세요.

저녁에 맥주 한 잔 하며 쉴 곳이 없어요. 다른 매장으로 가야 했어요. 불편하고 호텔에 더 이상 머물지 않아요

위치가 좋고 조용합니다. 음식점을 탐험하려면 그랩을 타거나 차를 몰고 나가야 합니다. 객실은 더 깨끗할 수 있지만 전반적으로 수용 가능합니다. 레인 샤워와 넓은 욕실이 객실을 돋보이게 합니다.

오후 3시에 호텔에 도착하여 제 시간에 체크인하고 싶었지만, 방이 아직 준비되지 않았기 때문에 기다려야 한다고 들었습니다. 방 내부는 냄새가 나고 오래되었습니다.

매우 편안한 호텔, 깨끗하고 친절한 직원

호텔 주차장 앞에 있는 표지판에 화가 났습니다. 포르쉐와 벤틀리 차량만 가능하다고 적혀 있었습니다. 그곳 직원에게 칸실 차량을 운전하는지 물었습니다. 주차장에 주차할 수 없습니다.

Stayed here for couples of time, everything is good but this trip the water heater is not working and the Malay lady receptionist just act like nothing when I told her about this. Kind of disappointed the way she deal with it.

Overall good experience. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Good location and convenient. Rooms are spacious (depending on which category you book). Staff are very helpful. However, not very good in terms of room maintenance-pillows, bedsheets, comforter covers are all very clean but the floor is not so clean. The bathroom is also not very well maintain.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is less than 10mins drive to ipoh town. The nearby stadium, which is about 2 mins drive or 5mins walk there is a variety of local food that you can enjoy for breakfast and dinner.

Overall is ok, only the water heater is not hot at all, after technician come to check is ok already, but when I use that not hot at all again, I stay on 11st floor.

Good for business trip, fairly close to a lot of local eateries and less congested than town itself. Check in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was good and different varieties on different days. Parking is free for guests and first come first serve basis. Cons would be of there's any events eg weddings then you will hear the PA system and music from your room. Also, if you happen to have a room with a connecting door, you can hear talking from the next room! So sound proof needs amendments. The lift also reads cards poorly and slow to respond. Otherwise was a overall good stay.

Bilik yang luas, selesa dan bersih. Cantik seperti di dalam gambar. InsyaAllah ada rezeki check in lagi.

Strategic location. Overall is good. Heater is good. The only bad thing, the air conditioner, hot at night, when sleep.

Room is clean and contemporary. But struggled to sleep as every rempit that pass the hotel can be heard from 10pm to 3am.
