기대하지 않았음에도 최고의 서비스를 경험한 호텔. 시라쿠사를 여행하며 인종차별을 경험해 매우 불쾌한 상태였음에도 불구하고, 이 호텔의 모든 직원들의 우호적인 모습과 친절함 덕분에 여행이 한층 행복해졌다. 조식은 매우 깔끔하고 맛있었다. 룸서비스도 최고이고, 특히 오션뷰의 방은 정말 아름다웠다. 시라쿠사를 여행하는 사람들에게 강력히 추천하는 호텔!!! 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.

Shower was very small and water leaks

Hôtel fabuleux et personnel vraiment adorable et à l’écoute. Sylvia au top. Très bien placé au cœur de Ortigia. Chambre très bien. Petit bémol sur le bruit de circulation et insonorisation de la chambre avec l’extérieur. Séjour parfait.

The hotel itself is a beautiful building with an interesting heritage as the main post office. The location is excellent offering a great starting point for a walking tour of Ortigia. Great stay.

Gymmet hade nya, dock trasiga, maskiner (rodd och sittcykel). Fina, inte tiptop, rum. Frukost medel plus. Hade högre förväntningar på detta hotell med tanke på priset. Allmänna ytor väldigt fina.

Excellent staff and lication

Beautiful hotel, but lacks service. We had several issues with the hotel from being locked in the bathroom (they had to break the door to open) to another room flooding out. It was all handled, but no apology from the managment or anything. Wrote hotel and only received an immediate response from Marriott, not Ortea.

Loved the property. Clean, beautifully amd tastefully decorated. The staff was lovely.

Overall ok

Everything is excellent, except the shower which is very small and uncomfortable which makes it impossible to enjoy the bath.

Hotel realmente de luxo, com excelente atendimento em todos os lugares (recepção, restaurantes e spa). Localização privilegiada, próximo de restaurantes e pontos de interesse. Ficamos hospedados num apartamento lindo, enorme e moderno. Utilizamos o estacionamento em frente ao hotel, muitíssimo mais barato do que o serviço de valet.

O hotel é bem estruturado e bem localizado. Os quartos são pequenos e só cabem camas casal comum ou queen. O hotel tem muitos quartos e pouco pessoal para um hotel 5 estrelas. Atendimento lento no café da manhã, na recepção e não porteiro tempo integral. Temos que carregar as malas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond - wonderful people who truly cared about the guest experience. Historic building and truly lovely to explore.

Amazing property in Syracusa. Do not miss this majestic property close to shopping, activities and dinning.

There were ants in our first floor bathroom. They sent someone to clean and take care of them. They essentially just left them on the ground dead. Hotel was nice. No complimentary bikes to use per website. Pool can only be used with kids 2 hrs per day allotted time.
