A little awkward to find but the hotel stay was satisfactory and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the railway station, check in was fast and the receptionists were friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the window wasn't soundproof and sometimes I could hear the people shouting outside in the street.

Central location, great value for money

For two agonizing nights in room 615, I endured a horrific infestation of hundreds of bed bugs and other insects, leaving me with relentless itching and wounds on my skin that persist seven days later. This unbearable experience is a warning for anyone considering a reservation there.

This is a 10 story hotel with lifts not working. The one lift in action is not working properly, it does not come to the floor when called for some time and it drops off on a different floor to the one selected. I informed staff last night, nothing done, I informed staff this morning who did not take this seriously. THIS IS UNSAFE.

Convenient, safe and practical Easter Weekend in Luton based at Thistle Express London Luton. In the heart of the great Town of Luton. Not far to anywhere. Only 20 minutes walk to the Football Stadium at Kenilworth Road. Simple breakfast serving the basic needs. Good staff always helpful.

My room was very tiny with a single bed, but since it was just for me, it was fine and can’t beat it for the price. It also included a buffet breakfast in the morning and is about a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can catch a train or a bus to the airport in Luton.

Hreat value for money. Perfect stay

Hotel is ok, they have tried to modernise an old building, the housekeepers could pay a bit more attention( skirting boards and door surfaces etc. ) the reception staff were lovely and good at their job. The buffet breakfast could have room for improvement i.e canned mushrooms, luke warm dried out scrambled eggs but for a free breakfast i cant complain. The free coffee machine in the lounge is a good idea, however i still think there ahould be these facilities in the rooms as some people would like to relax in their room without going down 9 floors to get one. All in all it was ok, i would stay again but there's a lot better out there for a similar price

The stuff are amazing.. super friendly and helpful shout out to Ali I arrived after midnight and he was very nice along with the lady next morning. I won't say its the best hotel but it definitely one of the best ones I stayed at with this price. The rooms are generally good condition might need some maintenance here and there. In general they are clean and tidy. The lactating is good if you traveling from/to Luton bus (A) is just 5 minutes walk if not less for 3 pounds. Along with other options depending on your preference.

Always great service and a great stay.

I stay away from home quite a lot, this has to be one of the worst experiences I have had for a very long time. The room: - The toilet is so close to the wall that you have to sit at an angle. - the secondary glazing to the window is only half provided and that only half closes so you can hear all the external noise. - the worst part! At around 3am I heard a rat (sounded much larger than a mouse) trying to eat its way through the pipe work boxing below the window. I had to tap on it every time it came - I am shattered now! Breakfast - the selection is very limited. - the tables were not cleaned properly. - there can be a bit of wait in the serving area due to the restricted size.

We arrived at 0245 from Luton airport, a family of 3. There are no drinks facilities in the room at all. Not even a glass to use for water. We had previously emailed advising on our late arrival, this wasn't a problem as the desk is manned 24hrs. Breakfast was included, but we missed it due to our late arrival. (And obviously sleeping) Check out is 11am, there is a coffee machine available in the lobby, so once up and showered I ventured down to fetch myself and my wife a much needed coffee. This was at 1030. Only to find the coffee machine being cleaned. I was advised that it would take 20 minutes to complete the clean. So we went without a drink. I've no idea why they just wouldn't wait until check out time at 11 to do the coffee machine? There was a water dispenser in the lobby, but that was empty too, presumably emptied and closed after breakfast (0630-0900) Lastly, we were just leaving our room (to check out) at 1050 and there was a knock on the door by housekeeping. Again, just wait the 10 mins till check out time. The hotel served our purpose of a bed after a late night flight. But i wouldn't use them again. Every brit is gasping for a cuppa in the morning, especially if you've been abroad (and suffered non English tea for a couple of weeks) an easily rectified problem that shouldn't need resolving.

No bells and whistles. Value for the price. Breakfast options were sufficient but the area could have been kept cleaner as there was food messed everywhere. Hotel is dated, but clean. Mall next door if you need anything.

Unfortunately the short stay we had at the hotel, for an early flight, was spoilt by other customers talking outside their rooms throughout the night amd the early morning. We also had McDonals and KFC food theown on the floor outside our door when we departed, with wrappers everywhere. Staff were friendly, rooms what you expect for the price, but the clientele Unfortunately spoilt any chance of sleep.
