The Element is a very modern hotel located in downtown Austin and close to many restaurants and interesting attractions. The staff is very professional and courteous. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with a kitchenette. Breakfast is ver good with .any food options. I highly recommend the hotel.

Best bang for you buck around the area

It was good except for the morning I asked the front desk to have our room made up within the following four hours. When we came back, the room was not yet cleaned. I had to go back down and ask that it be cleaned. Annoying.

The restaurant on the property was very good. Area around the property was a bit dicey.

Great stay. Wish parking wasn’t so expensive but it was a great stay close to walkable places and breakfast was comp and delicious

Expedia is fraudulent and does not deliver on what they sell you. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't care if you have issues with Expedia, they won't give you what you paid for. The hotel is fine but do not book through Expedia, they are scammers.

Clean, tidy rooms with all the amenities we needed and kitchen area properly stocked. Friendly check in staff. Enjoyed our breakfasts at the restaurant, again efficient friendly service. Good service also at the car valet station.

Located in a great area of downtown Austin. The valet was very fast with retrieving our car. The restaurants had great food and drink options. The only issue was the free breakfast... they ran out of food both days, clean plates and utensils were not available. We were able to buy breakfast in the hotel's cafe.

Location is perfect.

Great location, room medocre, pull out bed unusable, very noisy. Room layout poor.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were close enough to walk to. We would definitely stay again.

I had an issue but the manager did not contact me regarding it.
