Overall Cleaning conditions are shocking

Hôtel très propre et confortable, situé a deux pas de la sortie ouest de la gare de Xuzhou Est. Juste parfait si vous faites une petite étape dans cette ville. Le personnel parle anglais et le petit déjeuner est ultra copieux

Liked the brightness of the room and convenience of the room controls (lights etc). The coziness of the room and the TV is a good size. Liked the ease of HDMI TV to LapTop. Could not get food at the hotel when arrived was told to wate until after 5 pm. The hotel guard helped when I told him I hungry and he pointed in the direction of a KFC. A short walk from the hotel. Found a manager who was nice and spoke English. All and all they are afraid of helping foreigners like me. Apprehensive in using their language skills. I think that's why no one wanted to help me. No hellos or smiles.

離徐州東站走路就到，但是離市區有段距離，服務跟設備不錯。

Hotel très correct, personnel super aimable, connaissance de l'anglais souvent limitée, lounge ok mais sans ambiance, petit déjeuner copieux avec de choix très variés.
