두번째 방문입니다. 온천도 깨끗하고 온천에서 나는 사과향기가 너무 좋습니다. 분위기도 좋아요. 룸에서 바라보는 설경이 너무 아름답습니다. 식사도 맛있고, 침대도 엄청 예민한편인데 한번도 안깨고 잘 잤습니다.

We loved the place and the food. In addition, the breif shamisen concert after dinner was the best experience ever in Japanese hotels.

아오모리에 3개 호시노 메구리를 했다. 각자 특색이 분명하지만 카이쓰가루는 조용하고 접객이좋다 저녁식사는 3개중 최고이고 9시 연주는 꼭볼것. 호시노야보다 연주가 좋다. 부대시설이없어 애들은 있으면 지루할것. 조용한 휴식을 원하는 사람에게추천.

아이모리 지역이 아무것도 없는 곳인만큼 호텔안에 부대시설이 좀더 갖추어졌으면 하는 아쉬움이있다. 스파라든지 요가 클래스라든지. 너무 무미건조하고 드라이한 료칸.

친절한데 야박한? 제공하는건 많은데 숙박객수보다 수량이 너무 부족해서 제공시간이 많이 남았어도 이미 남은게 없더라구요. 추가로 제공은 못한다고 하고.

乾淨房間

3xxxhkd的酒店，還不如平時的普通溫泉酒店！景色，環境，設施都被攝影師推高。露天風呂超小，大概只能容納8人，沒有景色，沒有裝修。讓人感覺只是個小旅館！晚餐是和食，難吃，我寧願吃自助。房間風筒壞的，洗澡水堵塞。對本來很期待這間，結果體驗極度極度極度差！想試伏的話，不妨一試！

服務人員、餐食

One of the most modern and luxurious ryokan we've ever stayed. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast are skillfully elevated. The grounds are well kept and exudes zen. The onsen bath with a view of the still rock pond is especially striking in the evening. The room is spacious enough for 4. There's samisen concert at night after dinner, there's bookstore, etc.

We zijn ontzettend in de watten gelegd. Aan alles is gedacht en het eten was voortreffelijk.

已經是6月中旬後，室外溫度已經30度以上，但因為是中央空調，房間只有暖氣，沒有冷氣。跟櫃檯反應卻不能調整溫度設定，最後只能借電風扇。餐廳也是沒有冷氣，大家揮汗如雨吃著火鍋熱湯

星野界十分舒適，必須一泊兩食！ 很值得。

整體內部乾淨，但沒有太多特色。免費飲品跟冰提供，服務跟餐點也不錯，房間內部偏老舊，浴場不大，內裝普通⋯

great food, complimentary coffee and icecream, apple cider. quiet, traditional music performance, lots of frogs, clean bed, lots of mosquitoes. friendly staffs.

設施有點舊，房間設計不很貼心。餐廳位於一樓，但沒有電梯或無障外通道，對長者或行動不便人仕就有點困難。

Very nice hotel with hot springs and wonderful meals. Big room with shower and bathtub and separate toilets. Very friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Had a concert of regional instrument and have activities. Wonderful experience

The seamless pick up at the station and the lovely kamakuras in the hotel were great. Meal service was great. Staff onsite were wonderful and the snow views made everything magical. The town was v quiet so buy whatever you need before you arrive. Also make sure to alert the staff 5 days in advance if u have dietary needs, the reservation/meals team would not accommodate last minute dietary restrictions even if you have legit reasons which tbh was the only disappointment in our almost perfect stay!
