Parking sucks!! They don’t have enough parking for all their rooms.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortably. Our stay was great the place is located in and area where you could find, restaurants, bars, stores etc. The things I did not like is the check in process the receptionist very rude and no manner of communication. I ask a simple question how do we check in and her response was I know how each got here I have a visualization of everyone that came there is no way unless you have a list. Thank you

Conveniently located near main arteries of circulation, and with numerous restaurants to eat within proximity....

Front desk staff is nonexistent, they do not explain anything to you, for example they did tell us they sold snacks or coffee, they didn't tell us you needed to push a button when you exit the main door, nothing. Are room wasn't made up on our 2nd day, they only left us 1 bath towel parking was a mess. Room was simple but clean when we arrived.

Excelente ubicación, zona segura, tranquila y cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes.

Stay was wonderful a lot of places to go around, only observation is they don’t put enough towels , other than that everything was good

Cucaracha de hostes, toallas sucias, muy mala experencia, no volveria jamas, todo muy abandonado, cobijas sucias almohadas viejas.

La cama rechina horrible a donde te muevas ,la parrilla eléctrica no funciona , fuga de agua en el baño y regadera , parqueadero lleno de patrullas que ahí pernoctan permanentemente o sea casi no hay espacio y muy reducidos , el Personal de recepción mal encarados cero amabilidad ,no volvería sin duda

Easy process. In /out no issues. Also very secured area. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend. Also side note. Its 7 mins away from t mobile (toros) which was the reason for the staying.

Expedia contacted hotel multiple times after hotel told me to have them contact them regarding issue. No emails or phone calls were answered by hotel from Expedia. Ended up having to double book somewhere else. Disappointed as a frequent guest of this hotel
