운전해서 찾아가기 조금 어려웠으나 매우 친절한 직원들이 응대해줘서 기분이 좋았습니다. 특별히 메모를 남겨놓았는데 성당이 보이는 뷰가 좋은 방으로 주셔서 감사합니다. 맞은편에 있는 같은 계열사 미슐랭 피자 레스토랑도 좋았습니다. 아침 조식도 맛있고, 종류도 여러가지라 매우 만족스럽습니다.

We arrived early and needed help finding parking. The manager on duty was an angel and helped us find a spot and to pay with the parking app. The room was great - nice and clean, good size and excellent shower. From the hotel we walked everywhere and enjoyed the central location immensely. What a charming spot and was a great team at the hotel. We would stay there again.

We were happily surprised at the beauty, elegance, and remarkable service. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we had the breakfast included with our stay and it was just perfect. The hotel sits on a small lovely town square— you have the feeling of staying in a small village with world-class service. The Valley of the Kings is 15 mins away and the hotel staff, unfailingly polite and helpful, made sure we knew how to get there. Thanks for a great stay.

Though Favara itself was difficult to drive through due to the narrow streets, and at some points it seemed like we were lost, we eventually got to the Alba Palace Hotel and were able to park right in front of the entrance for free. We stayed here to see the Valley of the Temples, not a far drive from Favara. The hotel is very clean and modern. Helpful front desk and nice room. Balcony is tiny, only enough for one or two people to stand on. But the room and bathroom were great, nice and clean. We ate at their rooftop restaurant - nice view! But you must let the front desk know so they can reserve a table for you, as there are only a few tables up there. But it was a very nice meal, attentive service, and good food and drinks!

Beautiful and well maintained hotel and room (superior) with all facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent. Only problem can be finding the hotel, so follow the hotel's directions carefully to the Piazza Cavour. Great bars and trattoria in the Piazza if you do not eat and drink in the hotel.

I arrived at this hotel around 9pm. If I could have found another hotel, I would have. The hotel clearly made the bed but did not change the sheets. I alerted the front desk staff and they addressed the issue straight away. ...and they comped my dinner. But I'd rather have clean bedsheets than a comped dinner.

Food was ok, room was very nice & clean. Staff went out of there way!

Very difficult to drive to but on wonderful piazza.

We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade to a higher class suite and it was absolutely perfect. The room was great, nice and clean and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Definitely worth the stay and only 15 minutes from the Valley of Temples which had a significant cost saving by staying there rather than staying in Agrigento.

C’est tout simplement, le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné en sicile. Un accueil au top, des prestations de palace, un restaurant super… juste l’emplacement au milieu du centre historique pourrait ne pas plaire a tous. Et effectivement oubliez votre GPS pour y parvenir :-)

Very beautiful hotel, nice and modern infrastructure. Close by there are nice restaurants. It’s really in the middle of the town. This makes it also hard to get there (quite small streets - takes some skilful driving and navigating). We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi.

Beautifully remodeled property. Elegant and spacious. Excellent restaurant. Staff was charming and extremely helpful. Also provided valet parking. Would highly recommend.

Wait staff in restaurant and bar wonderful

The room was smelling of cheap perfume and the bed was too short and the heater didn’t work so it was very cold. Bad advice on restaurant recommendation the service was dlow and bad food Lastly breakfast was included but there was no breakfast served

Hotel is lovely. Right on the square where there are local restaurants and bars. I wouldn't venture out of this area though as nothing else in the locality. Ensure you ask for directions to the hotel before if you are driving as satnav can take you on some very narrow streets

Personale gentilissimo! Gia prima del arrivo ci hanno contattati per le indicazioni stradali. Le camere sono bellissime e il ristorante era buonissimo.
