Clean room and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Room staff location pet friendly everything was awesome, also noticed the internet had been upgraded thank you, only thing that sucked are drunk people drinking smoking around the kids, doors or windows cant be open because it just smells of smoke, n Shouldnt have to put up with drinkers & smokers, should be a alcohol & smoke free location.

Sheets were dirty. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Felt discriminated prejudiced against because of my name and staff seemed very bigoted. Very disappointing.

Staff were excellent and our room was spotless stayed in some Discovery parks over this past year and this was 5 star , we rated some of the others 2-3 star Thankyou Sue

We booked our accommodation 4 months before arrival date through a third party. The property’s policy is free cancellation is up to 14 days before arrival. Unfortunately a family member and one of our travelling group became gravely ill and passed away so we were unable to drive to the property as originally planned. We rang the property 5 days before to ask if they could offer some compensation or date transfer due to compassionate circumstances. They stated their cancellation policy and asked if we need to cancel to let them know ASAP so they could rent the cabin to others They were credited on the booking date. If they had have offered us a % refund if they can rebook the cabin, we would’ve cancelled at that time. They did not offer that service, which we felt lacked compassion.

Staff are very friendly, cabins are very clean, walking distance to Main Street shops, just a great caravan park, we stay here instead of Adelaide an commute to Adelaide for appointments
