Bien dans l’ensemble. Agencement lavabo / douche à revoir dans certaines chambres, devant le lavabo ont est obligé de monter sur le bord de la douche. Lorsqu’on prend sa douche l’eau Traverse la sdb, on patauge.

Hôtel entouré d’avenues. Problème lors du Check out, j’ai pris chambre avec PDJ compris pour 5 personnes sur le site et ils ont voulu me faire payer 4 PDJ consommés. Même si dans la resa il est bien noté 5 PDJ compris j’ai du attendre l’accord du responsable pour me laisser partir. Quand j’ai demandé Taxi ils m’ont répondu ok, et d’attendre à l’extérieur. 30 min après Toujours rien et j’ai cherché moi même un taxi.

Als je niet veel hecht aan luxe dan is dit hotel goed te doen. Zeker voor gezinnen. Alles is op redelijke loopafstand aanwezig.

Outdated design and very noisy. Reception did not acknowledge our prepaid reservation saying the don’t work with the online agency (Orbitz). I had to make an extra deposit to be able to check in. Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. A terrible hotel.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We only stayed here 2 nights, it was comfortable. We had very noisy people next door with lots of kids making noise late at night, including their parents speaking so loudly which disturbed our sleep other than that it was good. Breakfast was ok and staff were good.

Ok. It was a very acceptable establishment. The location was reasonable. However car parking is underground very steep and tricky to get out.

Dans la douche, la baignoire est trop petite Une petite piscine trop proche des chambres et des appattements. Le bruit des enfants à partir de la piscine dérangent les visiteurs.

We had an apartment with 2 beds and sofa beds. The apartment is really big, however the beds are uncomfortable. Everything looks old and outdated. Overall this is a maximum 2 Star hotel for United States standards.

We stayed in this appart hotel for one week and had a really great time. The property is located in Gueliz which is a nice part of Marrakech. Shops, restaurants and cafés (McDonalds, Starbucks, ie.e.) can be found within walking distance. The breakfast was traditional morroccan but included intercontinental choices as well. It was really nice and tastefull. The beds could have been more comfortable, but the rooms were overall spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The thing we loved most about this appart hotel was the staff. I have stayed in a lot of places, but the kindness of the staff of this place is second to none. They made us feel at home and were always around to help us out. I hope to return to this great place some day!

Not a very nice hotel. Hotel was pretty cheap so perhaps one could say it was good value for the money. Room was ok and location was quite ok. Gueliz is a nice area to stay in but I would recommend looking for a hotel closer to Medina. It is too far from the hotel to walk. It was January so in the morning it is bit cold in Marrakech. Breakfast room is inside but with one open wall so it was freezing cold. We had to eat with jackets on. Breakfast was pretty limited, only the necessary options available. The pool is a joke. Do not reserve this hotel if you are looking for an outdoor pool. The corridors are dark and scary. They should really do something with the lighting.

Nous y avons passe 2 nuits. D'abord les points negatifs: Check in treeeees long, room service encore moins reactif, attention au change de devises qui est a la limite de l'arnaque: verifiez vous-meme les calculs! A bon entendeur. La literie est a peine plus confortable qu'une planche de bois. Avis aux amateurs. L'hotel est eloigne de la Medina mais il y a le bus direct a proximite. Les plus: une chambre familiale spacieuse, un appartement en fait, propre et bien equipe. Le buffet du petit dejeuner était bon et a volonte. Malgré le stress le personnel a su rester accueillant, au restaurant comme a l'entree.

The front staff were absolutely fantastic, and the area was great. Unfortunately, our family room was littered with roaches. When the front desk was informed, they sent a staff member, but he only sought to kill one of the roaches with a toilet brush, and went on about his day as though it was an ordinary experience.

Good location , staff very good and can speak english room cleaned every day.
