Service wise, how can male receptions have great attitude, housekeeping as well...while the the Front desk Ladies and kitchen ladies shows the opposite? They need to learn to respect guests, clearly need improvements. Properties are great, many great facilities, amazing pool, but for the deluxe room I booked, what I get is a corner room just behind a big wall and it has two gigantic hot blower, I can barely get out to the balcony. Worst view ever for such a nice hotel. Food is expensive compared to other hotels with the same stars. I’ll give 3 stars.
