전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen

파리 타지역에 비해 치안이 좋지 못하다는 이야기를 들었지만 크게 위험하지는 않았습니다. 그리고 호텔 데스크 직원 역시 친절하여 응대해 줘 불편없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 또한 파리 중심부 호텔의 도시세금이 10유로인데 비해 이곳은 절반인 5유로 였습니다...주말에는 호텔 근처에서 중고장터가 열리는데 가벼운 마음으로 구경 나가는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.

가족여행이였는데 전철이나 주변이 좀 안전해 보이지 않아 걱정했는데 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 체크인 시간이 지켜지지 않아 불편했지만 주차장이 있어서 반면 편리했습니다. 주변에 빵집이나 맥도날드, 마트가 있어서 또한 편리했습니다

직원이 역에서 걸어서 3분이라고했지만 7분은 걸어야 역이나와요 좀먼편인데 호텔자체는 만족했어요. 처음 체크인하고 화장실 세면대가 물이안내려가서 바로얘기했더니 다음날 방을 바꿔주겠다고 했는데 다음날 다시 다른직원에게 문의하니 그냥 고쳐주겠다고 해서 편하게 썼어요. 전반적으로 만족해요 그치만 체크아웃할때 따로 세금이있어요 이거 모르고 돈 다 쓸뻔했다가 남은돈 탈탈털어냈어요. 직원들이 참 친절해요~! 수건을 잘안바꿔줘서 바꿔달라고꼭 메모해놨었어요.

Bog standard Mercure ideal for visiting St Ouen flea markets, decent VFM.

Loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was and how clean, comfortable and spacious our room was. Staff was kind and welcoming. We were walking distance from a cute brunch spot (Brunchies), cafes (e.g. Manolo Bakes) dining options, shopping, and transit. We were also a very short transit ride to Las Ramblas. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit this beautiful city.

Lots of good restaurants close by. Metro and trams only 10 min walk

There is no first aid in the hotel I blessed my leg in their shower I called reception he told me there is no first aid After that i called he told me there is first aid box bit it is empty And my leg is suffering till now

Sehr Nettes und Freundliches Personal.Die Zimmer waren Sauber und gut Ausgestattet.Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut da die U-Bahn nir wenige minuten entfernt ist.Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder Buchen.

Um incidente que não pode acontecer. Acordei de madrugada com grande odor a esgoto no quarto. Porque não se trata de uma ocorrência imprevista, é extremamente censurável que a gerência não bloqueie a utilização daquele quarto até corrigir o sistema de esgoto. Menos mal, após reclamação atribuíram-me outro quarto, agradável e confortável ao nível de 4*

The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to store our bags in the hotel’s storage room since we arrived early and couldn’t check in yet. The hotel is very eco-friendly; instead of providing plastic bottles of water in the room, they offer unlimited access to fresh, cool, and delicious water near the reception. The only downside was that the room key cards expired every day during our 5-day stay, which was quite inconvenient. Each day, we had to wait at the door until one of us could go to the reception to have the card reprogrammed. One time, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes as the receptionist was busy checking in another guest. The room itself was relatively small, but thanks to the upgrade offered by the receptionist, we had a room with a balcony.

It was nice. A bit far for the city center. The room made a really bad noice, which made it hard to sleep..

Das Hotel kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
