It's Good hotel. But If you don't like couple's sound, you have to think about or request other Room.

Ideally the bar and food hall should be separate but other than that was great for what we needed

A nicely designed hotel, friendly helpful staff and a comfortable bed.

Room was very good, clean and well appointed. Great bed. Restaurant service poor and overall professionalism of the staff did not meet the standard expected. Reception staff were however very friendly

The staff were all extremely welcoming. We didn’t have time on this trip to enjoy the spa or food offerings. But looking forward to it on our next visit. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

TV defekt, Mitarbeiter kümmert das scheinbar nicht. Drei Mitarbeiter wurden mit unserer Reklamation angesprochen. Ohne Erfolg. Als wir dann vollkommen verärgert waren, wurde uns ein kostenfreies Frühstück angeboten. Wir haben darauf verzichtet. Eine ehrliche Entschuldigung, hätte mehr bewirkt. Sehr schade für diese schöne Immobilie. Am frühen Morgen gab es dann noch einen Feueralarm, auch hierzu wurde seitens der Mitarbeiter nichts an die Gäste kommuniziert. Wir waren zum Glück bereits wegen der Flugzeuge über dem Hotel wach.

Great room for the price. Friendly staff

This hotel is so lovely. The propety is very beautiful. We had a lovely time.

Always perfect

Steeped in history. The hotel retained lots of original features and had great character. Brilliant room, nicely and tastefully decorated. Bar closed at 10pm, but 11 would have been good in order to get that nightcap. Pleasant staff. Would definately stay again.

Not a classic hotel. The ambience is charming

The stairs on the first floor within the hotel room on the first floor were too steep for me to climb. I have a torn meniscus on my knee. The bathroom and bedroom were on separate floors. The hotel was full and so unable to move me. I had to ask for a quilt and pillow so that I could sleep on the floor. No sheet was provided and no one cared to ask how I was or offer any compensation. I understand that when I booked in December there was a photo of the room but I had no idea the stairs were so steep or the bathroom was on a different floor. Our son had booked us a show at the O2 arena 2 years ago and thus was a big treat for us so disappointing to face a night on a hard floor. The room is very nice but totally inaccessible for an elderly person and this was not flagged up in the hotel booking.zI would have been prepared to pay more to have a better room and would have appreciated even another quilt to sleep on instead of the floor. I felt there was no sympathy and a very hard nosed approach to my unfortunate situation. I am awaiting some sort of response from the management

Wonderful room and service. Nice and quiet. No complaints and perfect location for canary wharf.

Very comfortable hotel,has everything you need. Unfortunately I was not able to use the spa as on a very quick turnaround. Very nice and polite staff. Definitely recommended!

Lovely clean hotel and fab staff nothing too much trouble, great service in the restaurant also

We loved our stay at the hotel and definitely consider staying there again. We enjoyed the sauna and the spa. We tried the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms and excellent stay

Beautiful room. Clean, quiet, next to a tube stop. Couldn’t ask for more really. Paid £290 for two nights so can’t grumble at that price. Would recommend.

Lansbury Heritage Hotel is fantastic. It's starting to look a little bit run down in the narrow and small lobby, but the rooms are fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower, space in the minibar for your own stuff, great beds and lovely pillows, great lighting system that allows you to control everything from the bed. It's difficult to get here with lots of luggage, you'll likely want to get the DLR to Poplar even if you travel with the Elizabeth Line. I'd happily return!
