I liked everything about this property, the hotel, the staff, the casino, and the rooms. It was very nice for my father who was in his '80s. He was able to have a motor scooter for free. The beds were very comfortable but they were high for shorter people. Perhaps a stool would be necessary. The bathroom was very clean. I enjoyed it because there was a separate place for the toilet from the shower. The shower was amazing. All in all a wonderful experience. Would go back again.

Wow, what an amazing hotel. We booked last minute as we weren’t happy with a VRBO nearby. It was great value for a last minute booking. We got the Premium King Room and it was AMAZING! It was enormous and had 2 bathrooms and a living area. It was meticulously clean and we slept so soundly and safely. The rooms were really sound proof too. What an excellent hotel. The casino was also excellent fun, again spotlessly clean and the staff were all wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was great. Fantastic hotel.

Room was cozy and bed was comfortable. The in-house Café was convenient and the food was great. The Casino was air conditioned but was a little too cool. The room door rubbed a little when opening and closing but overall was a good stay and would come back again.

Only one gliche with the electronic key. Worked the first time,and i got into my room. Then went to get dinner ,and couldn't get back into my room,both keys did not work. Went to lobby issued me new key, and this one got me strandef in the elevator because key didn't work.Got to my room and 2 key didnt work either. Now my dinner was cold. Back to lobby they got maintenence guy and issued 2 new keys. They worked yeah but no comp gor inconvenience of having to eat a cold meal?

We could have spent our entire trip in our room. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing! We had plenty of room and the robes were an added luxury.

Security was rude

Dirty carpets and maintenance is rarely done.

The property was good, could use some late night food options and a few more hotel employees. I want to start by noting that they seemed a bit understaffed so that could be the cause of the following complaints; there were only 2 towels in the room so we called the front desk a few times but were never able to reach anyone, my husband walked down and waited several minutes before someone came to help but they did bring up towels about 30 minutes later, so patience helped there. There was no shower gel in the shower and the lotion on the sink was broken, we met housekeeping in the hall the next morning and notified them and they said they would get it taken care of....the shower gel was filled but the lotion was left unattended to, (not really a big deal), but that is all they did in the room, the beds were not made and the towels were not replenished. While getting ready for the day we had to evacuate due to the fire alarm going off. Not sure what happened, we were never informed of what the cause was or if there was an actual fire. A bit of a stressful sprint down the stairs from the 6th floor. The coffee was delicious and reasonably priced. The casino is open but there are no food options for late night.

The entire staff (check-in clerk, restaurant staff, casino personnel) are friendly, professional along with great work ethics make this property above the rest. While having dinner, the entire restaurant staff pitched in to bus the tables, seat patrons, serve drinks, etc. and not complain that they were short handed. The staff’s positive and caring attitude is a reflection of this establishment. We enjoy stopping and staying at this Casino hotel for our driving trips (at least once/month) between Michigan and Massachusetts. Congratulations to a well qualified five star establishment.
