The room and staff were fine but we had no hot water for about 16 hours and had to use another apartment to shower which was not great.

Had a lovely stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything I needed for a really comfortable visit. Claire was a fantastic host — super friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The place felt cosy and welcoming, and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into the little details. I’d happily stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay

Property is in a very good location. Close to everything.

The coom was ok and the staff were nice too . Its described as a cottage but its a flat or apartment if you like . And the big downer is the health club is a 10 minute drive away and shuts at half 5 ( vheck in is at 4). Not wort 150 pound for a 1 night stay . The location is great but there are much nicer place's with a lot more amenities for that price .

The value for money was outstanding with the off site Spa included in the price, ideal location for a walk to town for a few beers or a short walk to Brant Fell for some stunning views, will definitely be staying again.

Lovely clean spacious apartment with large balcony

Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Good shower and all the necessities you need for self catering. Only thing that let it down was the extremely tight parking spaces and the excessively high cost of taking one dog. This really should be on a sliding scale of how many dogs are staying in the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The food was delicious and the service throughout was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back.
