전체적인 분위가 고급스럽고 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절했어요:) 침대는 넓다는 느낌은 들지 않습니다. 앉을 수 있는 벤치가 있어서 좋았어요. 객실의 헤어드라이기는 반드시 새것으로 교체하시길 바랍니다. 전체적으로 좋은 이미지이니 해당 내용만 개선 부탁드립니디.

The location and the hotel's vibe are good, and the staff are kind. Above all, it is best to check out late.

좋지도 안 좋지도 않은 곳,, 가격에 비해 만족도가 높지 않았음 다시 이용하지 않을 것 같다

We arrived hotel unexpectedly early in the morning but checked-in very smoothly with tablet and our rooms were prepared already. It really helped us to move on to our next plan. I was worried about the size of room but it was not small at all, on the contrary very proper size for two women with suitcases. Shower booth and toilet are huge compare to its room size. It was quite noisy outside even nighttime but endurable. One thing I felt uncomfortable was the cleanliness. Window was unswept so I was reluctant to open the window. Overall we were very satisfied and willing to stay at Public hotel again.

Location

My room did not have a bathroom door, not sure how this is considered acceptable? and being on the 3rd floor, the club was directly beneath me, so every night the walls and bed were vibrating with the bass until after 2am. Highly recommend to select ‘higher floor’ if you are booking here. The lobby was a nice place to work. I left behind my computer charger by mistake, still plugged in the wall in my room, called back the same day I checked out to ask if I could pick it up, and was told that ‘nothing was recovered from the room’ so it apparently went missing between my leaving the room at check out and the cleaning team arriving? When I asked what security would recommend doing in recourse bc I was certain it was left behind, I was told ‘I recommend you recheck your bags’…I would say that was the final straw in giving this place a subpar review.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Bed could have been more comfortable and the images of the rooms could have matched better to my actual room.

Very close to Spring and Prince Street were there a lot of dining options. And of course very walkable to Chinatown and Little Italy

Nice though small, had mechanical problems w drapes. Staff are great hotel beautifully decorated. There is a club on site so definitely loud at night on the street below. Lots of marijuana smoke, and had to call about the neighbors smoking a couple times because it was super skunky and totally invaded my room.

Besides the computer placing us in the least desirable room possible everything was perfect

Parking garage off site on a sleepy Sunday evening (no on site valet) made a lot of hay about how they have a right to not accept my pickup truck. If you’re looking for an experience like that consider using the hotel lot. Check in is 100 percent self serve. As in you make your own key and navigate an iPad and hope everything is correct. If one key doesn’t work (in my case) you might get stuck in an elevator for a ride up and down but at least you might make a new friend. One strong suit is this property used to be staff attitude (super upbeat and warm in late 2021, a real low point in the history of staff morale). Now instead you get an iPad. Downstairs cafe would not serve cut fruit at 1130am, had no iced or cold coffee options except hot over ice, and the service vibe was decidedly inconsistent with this hotel groups typical standards. HVAC in my room was set to cool at 67 or 66F and could not be turned to warm. Turning it off the room did not change temp during my entire stay which made it so cold and unpleasant I decided to go home and sleep in my own bed. Sadly this will be my last stay at this property. Would rather pay more for a more reliable and seamless hospitality experience

Only stayed one night but no complaints. Room was very clean. Definitely coming back for longer next time to enjoy the property more!
