The staff is great. The hotel is ok. Loved the location right by the Duomo, once you get past the stink of Macdonalds by the front door and the crowds. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the lighting in the room simply awful… neon blue around the mirrors. Terrible shower. Style over substance. And if you’re on the second floor, you’ll be awoken at 4a.m by the trash collection.

Was given wrong category room (much smaller) and hotel refused to accept this and insisted category was correct. Most dissapointing!!!!!!

Location, location, location! You can’t get better than this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a family room with two bedrooms. The room was incredibly spacious. My only complaint is that the sofa bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Other than that, our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

In the heart of city; could walk everywhere. Staff is great. Flush was broken and made noise and they did not fix it. They gave us complimentary wine which was spoiled and had gone vinegary. Very disturbing. Not so very clean. Breakfast was ok. Next time we’re in Milan, we’ll probably spend a bit more and pick a different one.

Great stay great location, literally 3 minute walk to Duomo!

Nice property right in the heart of Duomo area. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very helpful with booking airport transfers and dinner reservations.

The best hotel in all of Italy. Naomi is especially helpful - as always. I travel often. This hotel rivals most American motels. Clean, modern, and really awesome. Worth every penny.
