Dirty Hotel with bad smells

Breakfast is below average and not even clean or fresh!

No transportation at all and nothing to do there as there is no activities the food was less than average

- The swimming pool was dirty and there were no lifeguards all the time. in addition, people were allowed to swim after 8 PM. - The beach was very dirty. - No lifeguards on the beach. - No cafeteria/ bar to serve anything on the beach. we had to go out of the hotel to get things to drink while we were on the beach. - No shuttle bus to commute from the beach to the hotel or the other way around. - Staff are friendly but seems that management is not willing refurbish the hotel as it needs alot of things. - Kids play area is outdated and needs to be fixed or actually needs to be replaced.

While the property is beginning to show its age it is a nice place to spend some holiday time with a family. Very large property with many amenities. Food is ok but I did stay during the off season so the options were quite limited. Access to the beach is quite nice.

Excellent facilities, good for family. The breakfast can improve as some of the item such bread and bakery were clearly old.

Not bad experience., the beach area was not spacious enough for all , the chalet is little bit far from beach. The breakfast limited choices and not delicious. Actually the stay over all didn’t match my expectations .

كانت الاقامة فى المنتجع جيدة والمطعم ممتاز لكن هناك ملاحظة وهو أرتفاع الاسعار وخصوصا فى الدراجات الخاصة بالاطفال ، والاهم التأخير فى خدمة الغرف جدًا سيئه

اقامتي اقل من العادية مقابل القيمة المدفوعة

المنتجع بشكل عام جيد ، الإيجابيات كثيرة منها الإستقبال الممتاز من قبل الموظفة سارة وشرح لأغلب خصائص المنتجع ، السلبيات بشكل عام عدم نظافة الغرفة يعني عادي تلقى أتربة على الأرض واغطية السرير لو توسخت ما يغيرونها لك والثلاجة ماتبرد. الشاطيء بعيد جداً عن الغرف وعن الشاليهات كذلك ، ممكن ٧-٩ دقائق من الغرف ولا يوجد وسيلة مواصلات إلا سيارتك الخاصة ، قبل سنتين كان فيه قولف كار توصلك والحين حطوا سياكل ودراجات بس بفلوس تقريباً النص ساعة ب ٣٠ ريال وبعضها ب٥٠ وترتفع حسب اللي بتستأجره. الكراسي قليلة بالشاطيء وكذلك الجلسات والمسبح جيد جداً لكن يعيبهم قلة الإهتمام والنظافة . الإفطار جيد جداً والطاقم لطيف. ما فيه أي سوبر ماركت داخل المنتجع ، يعني جب أغراضك معك. المنتجع بشكل عام يحتاج إدارة فعالة وترتيب ونظافة وتطبيق للملاحظات اللي ذكرتها وذكروها الناس بالتعليقات ، اسم كبير مثل راديسون بلو خسارة تكون مخرجاته زي كذا!!

المكان جميل وهاديء للعايله .. الشاطيء نظيف .. الغرفه نظيفه ولكن (مناشف دورة الحمام سيئه وغير نظيفه) - ازعاج الغرفه المجاوره
