Super clean!

First of all , I couldn't believe the way of management . It seems manager stays in Botel around PM 15:00 Check in time ~ 18:00 (until when is Not sure) First day , as soon as I enter the room I felt the temperature of room is little bit high. But I and Friend had to go out . When we back to hotel that night. We found airconditioner has problem . Because temperature of Room was 30degree. in addition we couldn't open the window since outside is too light . I called to Call center but CS said that they can not help. Second day morning , I asked Manager to solve the issue . She said she will try to find fan and can not change the room since Botel in Volta is fully booked at that time. But she didn't guarantee that she can find fan . So I asked her to attach any memo with result on my room door. She promised she will send mail to us regarding result . However, there was no mail and no memo. And we found very very tiny fan when we back to room that night. How tiny fan? just three times of TV remotecontrol. I couldn't believe it. I and my friend stayed in Votel three nights . It was nightmare. We couldn't sleep well . We couldn't enjoy trip since quality of sleep was very bad . After three days , ,my friend left Sweden and I stayed in another room by myself ... Fortunately There was no problem ... I think the hotel has no manager.

Only noise is guests are closing doors without holding the doors.They think that only they are staying in hotel.. room was clean and ready before 16.00 which was good for me. Bed is comfortable. You can not open windows

Det fanns det mest nödvändiga. Var okej område. Väldigt nära till hands med spårvagn. Lite slitet. Slarvigt städat. På det hela ett okej boende.

Hård madrass som gjorde att vi fick ont och hade svårt att sova. Mysigt med sovalkov annars.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einem Industriegebiet. Die Flugzeuge des nahen Flughafens hört man ein bisschen, sonst nichts. Straßenbahn und Metro in die City sind super erreichbar und eine Straßenbahnstation entfernt ist auch ein Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles neu, auch das Bad, Küche, absolut tadellos. Etwas spärlich ausgestattet, aber damit lässt sich gut leben. Das einzige, was mir gefehlt hat, war, dass es quasi keine Rezeption gab. Die Anmeldung vorher war etwas stressig über Dokumente, die man hochladen musste. Das hat bei mir nicht geklappt, dann wurde mir telefonisch geholfen - alles kein Problem. Aber ich hätte in der Zeit gern mal jemanden gesehen, außer den Putz-Feen, die total nett und hilfsbereit waren. Insgesamt aber super, ich würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten wollen.

Jag tyckte hela check-in processen var lite svår. Rummet var i minsta lagret och sov loftet var dåligt utformat med extrem låg takhöjd. Om jag skulle bo här igen så skulle jag välja en annan rumstyp.

Behövde ett hotellrum till ett överkomligt pris relativt nära dit jag skulle dagen efter. Behövde legitimera mig via Bank ID innan ankomst för att få dörrkoden men Bank ID låg nere. De hade jourtelefon med väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal (på Engelska) som löste detta dilemma. Rummet var rent och sängen och bäddsoffan extremt bekväm. Det fanns gratis parkering tillgänglig denna natt (ej garanterat utan efter tillgänglighet) vilket var en stor bonus i Stockholmsområdet. Kan varmt rekommendera om du inte har krav på frukost och 4 stjärnigt.

Perfekt hvis man skal på konsert, da trikken går direkte til globen.

Peaceful, got to find nice running route in the mornings. Near tram stop. Cosy and handy, jad everything I meeded for three days stay.

hi, I sent feedback last week: the room was very dirty and smell very bad in bed! I contacted Foreom the first night 2 times: nobody response, so l left the room in the morning.. EFTER 3 days they replied and offered nothing, not change room and refused to refund me!!! Please check my feedback last week, please help me to get my refund back on the situation! We made a business trip also a small city trip. The hotel was perfect for that. Good price versus quality. Everything was clean. It is not suitable for families, and people who need more space need to ensure they are not on top level. It’s not a nice neighborhood but the tram to the Avicii stadium is within 5 minutes walk and you can also take it to Gamla Stan. We had a few minor complaints. The biggest that the windows had no curtains and the bathroom was very compact. Besides that we had a good stay. Would recommend for short couples trips and business trips

Ett extremt litet rum, med allt jag behövde för tillfället, då jag inte kunde bo hemma pga renovering. Tämligen trångt men det funkade även om jag knappt kunde vända mig om innan jag slog i något.

Bra som förväntat, bilden motsvarade verkligheten. Väldigt smidigt med kod. Bra läge för oss. Ventilationsfiltret smutsigt.

The property was quiet and the aparthotel services were amazing. There was weekly housekeeping, and any concerns or questions were resolved immediately. The transportation to city central was accessible as well. Highly recommend for long term and budget stays.

Bra lgh hotell, rent och bra standard. Smidig incheckning och hittade P-plats. Valde väl litet rum, compact staying. Men saknade porslin i pentryt (endast tandborstglas..), hittade ingen garderob och min TV hade ej vanliga kanaler. God service från tjänstgörande på våningsplanet.

Great place for a long-term stay. Really close to beautiful nature spots for walks and runs. Also a convenient location with transportation options.
