The first answer what I heard from Serabekkan when I arrieved at was there was no reservation under my name...While being some embarrassed, I gave the number of reservation and explanation as via Hotels.com to Serabekkan, but they have said they haven't had biz with Hotels.com and they denied the my reservation number and said they haven't see that kinds number...I received quite a lot shock and gave up to talk with staff of Serabekkan and tried to contact with Hotels.com of Korea...After about one hour long talking between Hotels.com and Serabekkan, same staff of Serabekkan said to me it was their fault and they showed not a private room but a big meeting room having DADAMI...No bed and no private bathroom & Toilet...I couldn't help staying there for it was quite late night and there was no available room or hotel near...I still couldn't understand why it happened...Is there anybody to explain to me about this accident in Hotels.com??

Nice traditional Japanese hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. Located in the heart of town, a lot of nice small restaurants around, but not noisy at all inside the hotel. Area is well connected to tram and the main station. The Japanese breakfast (there is a choice between western and japanese breakfast) is great!
