Everything was fine. nice location and clean and comfortable hotel condition.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was not spacious but tidy and well-arranged. The coffee offer in the room is so good- it was beyond my expectation. I bet you should try it. Staffs are friendly and kind. My 4-year-old girl remembers Amsterdam where nice aunties are- the staffs of this hotel. And she often tells she wants to visit Amsterdam again to see you.

담광장과 가깝고 주변에 먹을곳 쇼핑할곳 모두가까워요. 호텔자체는 아담해요.샤워실이 문이없어서 조금불편한거 빼고는 전반적으로 좋아요.

I stayed at the Music room and it was definetely the coolest hotel room I've ever stayed. :) The location was perfect, at the centre of Amsterdam, easy to visit tour spots on foot.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Highland House. Having their sister Highlander Hotel just down the block was super convenient for wine and snacks and coffee. The Highland House location is very convenient to the train, many canals tours and many key sight seeing locations. Adnan, Concierge, was one of the most genuinely friendly people we met on our vacation. He was helpful with EVERYTHING - restaurant recommendations, directions and even the tourist traps to stay away from. We would gladly stay here again! The library is a great option for 3 adults!

Staff very helpful, location very local to things we wanted to see. Rooms were clean and the theming was fun, WiFi works well.

Preis -Leistung hat für uns leider gar nicht gepasst. Das Hotel ist Teil einer Gruppe. Das Frühstück kann man leider nicht direkt vor Ort einnehmen, sondern in dem entfernter gelegendem Hotel the highlander. Wussten wir vorher nicht. Hätten wir sonst auch nicht gebucht. Das Frühstück war „ok“ Sauberkeit beim Frühstück war solala - Runter gefallenes anlegebesteck wurde vom Personal Einfach wieder zum Essen gelegt und nicht ausgewechselt. Die Zimmer waren recht klein. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Vielleicht auch gut so, denn gleich gegen über befand sich ein coffee Shop und die ganzen „Konsumenten“ Belegten die Treppe des Eingangs Des Hotels. Es roch sehr sehr intensiv, für Reisende mit Kind eher unangenehm. Nachts war es auch sehr sehr laut. Sowohl in und vor der Bar, als auch im Hotel. Im Badezimmer Lagen ohropax. Rezeption war ist von 9-17 Uhr besetzt, außerhalb der Zeit wendet man sich an das andere Hotel. Die Lage war ok. Fusslaufig zu den Tram Stationen. Aber das war’s dann auch schon.

La ubicación es muy buena. Aunque hubo ruidos del exterior, ni fueron problema. El personal fue muy atento y estuvimos muy a gusto. El desayuno fue de lo mejor

Very comfortable hotel with zany decor and very well located for sight seeing and catching the tram. The breakfasts were great and also appreciated free drinks all day at main hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Our only problem was the cold room. Eventually worked out why it was so cold…. The thermostat is in the tiny hallway and gives false reading for rest of the room making the air on come on all the time.

We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and even provided an adapter to use since we forgot to bring one. Breakfast was good, and it wasn't an issue being across the street in another hotel. The room was really nice, with a spacious bathroom that actually seemed pretty luxurious. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for exploring by foot, tram, train, bike etc. Clean lovely decorated room polite friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.

Allt var bra förutom coffee-shopen precis miitemot entrén vilket inte var så trevligt, det luktade väldigt mycket och satte sig inkläderna när man gick igenom.

Lovely hotel, great location. Comfy large bed. Only negative is there is very little storage. No drawers at all and just a small open wardrobe with half a dozen hangers. Had to live out of my suitcase.
