생각보다 룸 사이즈가 작음. 화장실은 좋음. 주차가 안되서 차량없는 도심여행자한테 좋은 숙소

아이슬란드에서 5개의 숙소을 이용했는데 제일 노멀한 호텔같은 곳이에요 생수도 제공되고 심지어 맥주랑 와인도! 타월도 제일 많앗고 샤워가운도 잇고 등등 다른곳은 없엇거든요 모던하고 청결하고 직원 친절해요 제일 문제는 소음 저녁 8시부터 베이스음 충만한 둥둥거리는 음악.. 몇시까지 계속될지 궁금하네요

Just had a 3-night stay at ION City. Staffs were all friendly and amazing. Location is in the core downtown tourism area of reykjavic so that could be pro or cons depending on what you like. It's a little bit loud outside especially if the room is towards the street, but window is reasonably sound-proof. One issue was that when I first arrived there were a few blood drops in the bath towels, but after I raised that issue the room service was all good for the rest of the stay. Overall 4/5.

Comfortable clean and friendly

The front desk woman was excellent. She gave us so many great recommendations, and she was very accommodating to anything we needed.

The restaurants nearby were excellent. The hotel is on a pedestrian only street. Difficult to get to as it requires a 10 minute walk with suitcases bouncing on a cobblestone street.

Beautiful and nice place. No parking, and VERY hard to find the place at night

LOVED our stay here... the only thing we didn't like was the difficulty in finding a parking spot that wasn't too far away for toting our luggage. As it was, the closest we could get was a good 5-6 minutes walk dragging luggage behind us. Otherwise, it was a GREAT choice! Loved SUMAC - the attached restaurant. It was also wonderful being a couple does down from the SANDHOLT bakery.

Good hotel in excellent location. Staff were nice and very helpful.

Impressive design

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff contributed to making our 3 day stay enjoyable. They were kind and patient and came to our aid both day and night with information and attention.

Situated right off of Laugavegur street (adjacent to the Sumac restaurant, the main entrance is tucked away to the side) this hotel was incredible. The staff was friendly, allowed us a late checkout without charge, and held our bags after checkout so we could explore Reykjavík a little more! We had just completed the Laugavegur Trail, so the junior suite with the private sauna on the balcony got a lot of use to soothe our muscles after 55 kilometers of hiking and sleeping in tents! The whiskey bar next door is really cool, and if you’re vegetarian/vegan, you’ll be stoked like us to find Monkeys and Mama’s for some amazing food and cocktails! The room was spacious, beautiful, had a comfortable bed, was thoughtfully appointed, and provided a beautiful view of the city and water from the huge window and spacious balcony. We slept well with the blackout curtains (sun never went down) and it was super quiet. Well worth the price!

Wonderful staff, clean and modern hotel, great location, lovely room, and they have luggage storage late checkout! The only oddity here is that parking is a bit scarce around the hotel. You'll have to park in a zone a few blocks away and haul your luggage to the hotel as there are no cars allowed on the road with the hotel.

The hotel was great. The room was spacious and located on one of the main shopping streets, so there were many restaurant options nearby as well. The lady at the reception (forgot to ask for her name!) was the highlight of the stay. Her customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and had an amazing stay. The hotel is well positioned to explore Reykjavik by foot, and has the main bus stops just a short walk away. We stayed in a suite, which had a sauna on the balcony and amazing views of the city. The room itself was extremely clean, had lots of storage and was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Some reviews have mentioned noise. We stayed Monday to Friday, and only one night did we find it a little noisey until about 11pm from one of the bars, although you have to remember you are in the centre of everything, so a little noise can be expected. Overall, a clean, well positioned hotel, with accomdating staff. We would stay again.
