It clean Ana staff are very respectful And helpful It is just across from all the places you need to visit I give 10 out of 10 for everything Air condition rooms was Avery very big help I asked for refrigerator was given right away Resturant food was great made it fresh to your taste Staff was great

The staff was super friendly, specially the guards at night and the staff at breafast. The only slight issue is that guest arent allowed in your room to visit after certain hours.

Hotel Austria is a great place to stay in Leon. The staff were very friendly, the hotel room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect too. One block from Central Square.

Con pasillos, comedor etc con pisos brillando en limpieza todos los dias., Agua fría y caliente, Calmo el ruido y aire acondicionado en un buen estado. He visitado hoteles de Europa y E,U. Y este Hotel es sencillo pero el ambiente y atenciones me hubiera encantado permanecer mayor tiempo que los tres días hospredada allí.

Parking is on property and in a secure lot. The staff is exceptionally attentive and positive. The room (thought quite small) had hot water, internet and air-conditioning.

Comfortable spot in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.
