전체 평가 및 리뷰 Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor

I don’t often write reviews, but I feel compelled to applaud Monastery Estate Venetian for the exceptional service I received during my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests stood out in so many moments—from the warm welcome drink and thoughtful local recommendations from the wonderful concierge team, to remembering my breakfast drink preference without me having to ask. They even wished me a happy birthday, without any mention from me that I’d be celebrating one during my trip. It’s thoughtful touches like these that truly set them apart from the other hotels I stayed at throughout my Greece and Turkey trip. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again when I return to Chania.

Absolutely wonderful! Right in the heart of everything. The Staff are exceptional. I have travelled to many places this was the best hotel I have had the pleasure of visiting. We enjoyed our private rooftop terrace every morning and evening with a beautiful view. Having a private pool each day was magical. If you have the opportunity you should choose this hotel!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and the service from the staff was top notch. The hotel is also very walkable to all parts of the old town.

I have been travelling to Greece and Crete since the 70s for work and fun. Many great moments, however this friendly place is the best place of all considering the cost.

Ottima struttura, personale super efficiente e cordiale. Posizione comoda nel centro storico. Ottimo se non si ha una auto a noleggio.

Beautiful minimal aesthetic nicely meshed with the historic texture of the property. Professional and kind staff!! Lovely breakfast . Bathroom open shower and clogged drain had many issues including flooding the bathroom which was unfortunate. Also rain shower head was so large in proportion to the shower that it was impossible to stand in the shower without getting totally drenched unless you chose to use the hand held shower . Definitely could be better designed. Finding parking was difficult so not the best if you have a car.

Great hotel all around-location, service, room, breakfast... Had an amazing vacation.

Great hidden eclectic hotel near eveything

Από τα ποιο ωραία ξενοδοχεία που έχω πάει. Πεντακάθαρα,άνετα δωμάτια και παρά πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Excellent property,.location and staff!

L’hôtel est plein centre , près du port , des restaurants. On peut louer une voiture juste à côté et il y a un parking municipal non payant à 700 m. Les chambres sont grandes, bien décorées et de bon goût. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les petits déjeuners se font dans un cadre très agréables en extérieur en octobre.

Such a unique property with a great location! Only thing was that the A/C wasn't very cool but seriously not a big deal because everything was beautiful!

This hotel is difficult to find. It is in the old town part of Chana up some steps and down a tiny street. I suggest you ask for the name of their restaurant and put it on your GPS.The food they served in their restaurant was fabulous. They give you a free breakfast and we had dinner there as well and we were very impressed. The room was unique. The bed was comfortable and they had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The external walls were all stone and were an old monastery. Chana is very busy in September but we enjoyed shopping and especially going to some great museums. I highly recommend their new modern archeological museum. And definitely go to the top terrace there where you can see a beautiful sunset!

Very good place to stay in Chania. Walking to everything immediately accessible. The staff attended to our every need. Will stay there again.

Obs. Den hotell tar turistskatt 10 eu/døgn i tillegg . Personallet er meget hyggelige og behjelpelige. Av og til bråk på kvelden pga utesteder.

Alles perfekt. Nur das Frühstück wird nach Wahl vom Menu von den Mitarbeitern serviert. Als wir zwei Omelette wollten, da ein Tag vorher eins nicht gereicht hat. Schaute uns die junge Mitarbeiterin (Bedienung) komisch an. Hat mehrmals gefragt, ob wir wirklich zwei wollen, und hat gemeint, dass das zu viel wird. Die Art und Weise war sehr unhöflich und störend. Ich zahle für Frühstück und esse was ich will. Es geht aber auch nur um diese eine Mitarbeiterin sonst waren die anderen sehr sehr nett.
