정말 최악의 호텔이었다. 3인 가족여행을 간 지라 1명은 쇼파베드에서 자야했는데 이 쇼파베드는 앉기만해도 베드가 접히면서 주저앉아 접혀버렸다. 결국 이 쇼파베드에서는 잠을 잘 수 없어 퀸 사이즈 침대에서 성인 3명이 2박을 할 수 밖에 없었다. 게다가 위치는 정말 산꼭대기나 다름없는 곳이었고, 캐리어를 가지고 트램이나 버스를 이용할 수 없어 택시를 이용해야하는 상황이었지만 그 정도인 줄 모르고 찾아갔다가 바닥까지 울퉁불퉁한 길을 오랫동안 걸어가야했다. 아파트 내부는 너무 습했고 카페트는 더러웠으며 개미는 득실거렸다. 저녁 8시쯤 개미를 발견하고는 리셉션에 개미를 제거해달라고 했지만 이미 퇴근해서 어쩔 수 없다는 답변이었다. 샤워할 때는 온수가 잘 나오지 않아 차가운 물로 샤워를 해야하는 상황이었고, 리셉션은 아파트와 별개의 건물에 있어 문제가 생겼을 때 바로바로 조치할 수 없는 환경이었다. 또한 리셉션 직원은 사무적이고 불친절했다.

스탭도 정말 친절하고, 방에서 보이는 뷰도 좋습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 12번트램도 근처에 다니며, 웬만한 명소가 다 근처에 있습니다. 다만 숙소가 높은 곳에 있어서 캐리어 들고 다니기는 너무 어려웠어요... 그래도 리스본에 있는 동안 즐거웠습니다 :-)

Nous avons séjourné 10 nuits dans l'appartement du 3ème étage. Appartement grand, spacieux, chambre séparée, cuisine équipée, 2 climatisations. Propreté impeccable. Appartement très calme, car situé dans une rue à sens unique fermée à toute circulation à compter de 20h00. Magnifique vue sur la ville. Je recommande vivement !

Lovely clean apartment, with amazing views, and we even got upgraded to the top floor!

Disastrous and unsafe room. Bedroom on ground floor with the thinnest door, feels like people chatting in the street are in the room. I had to pay for another hotel and they refused to refund me. Second night was okay because they moved me to an appartment upstairs and felt perfectly safe. Please beware of the room you’re getting if you’re on ground floor. Never again

Bon séjour ! En revanche, l’appartement est au rez-de-chaussé, avec un trou sous la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue… On entend tout ce qu’il s’y passe, c’est dommage !

Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée ! Une douche aurait pourtant fait tellement de bien après le voyage. Idem le lendemain matin ! Par contre lorsque nous l'avons signalé, l'hôte a été bien réactif et le problème résolu en peu de temps. Dommage cet incident !

This flat is in the heart of the Alfama district. The streets and stairs are steep but well worth the effort!

The hotel was very well located, with restaurants just a few steps away, definitely a plus. The staff was also very welcoming, however, getting there was a bit confusing. We first had to go to a different location in the city center, which wasn’t clearly explained in the booking instructions. We were also quite disappointed with the accommodation itself. The photos showed a very modern apartment, but in reality, it was rather old-fashioned, with a noticeable musty smell typical of older buildings. That said, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. In summary: a good stay overall, despite the misleading presentation online.

We got this property from HOrigem after staying a couple of nights at another of their properties and deciding to stay an extra night in Lisbon. It was just a couple of blocks away from the first one and equally great. The view was less desirable than the first one which looked down at the street where the cable cars run by, but other than that, it was a great stay. We can't say anything but great things about the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness, Diogo even help carry my wife's baggage up the steep streets from the first property to this one. Highly recommended.

Lage perfekt - direkt unter der Burg in der Altstadt - 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Super Ausblick ( in der Wohnung 3ter Stock)

Great location near the castle. Beware if accessibility is an issue, as it requires climbing steps and is not easy to access via taxi. Very clean and nice.

Location had bed bugs, really not happy.

Would not recommend this place. Got bitten of bedbugs here. We also had to wait outside 30 minutes in the evening as the host didn’t answer our phone calls due to check in.

到着する前にチェックインの方法について案内が無かったので、玄関に着いてから電話をしました。スタッフはホテル内にいたのですぐに対応してもらえました。 ホテルは坂の上にあるので、大きな荷物を持っていく場合にはタクシーなどの利用がお勧めです。私は重いスーツケースを持って、急で長い階段の道を登り大変苦労しました。途中で親切な男性がスーツケースを運んでくれて本当に助かりました。 ホテルは1階と２階に一部屋ずつ。エレベーターはありません。私の荷物はホテルのスタッフ女性が運んでくれました。感じの良いフレンドリーなスタッフでした。 建物は古いですが、ローカルな雰囲気で良かったです。室内はリノベーションされているので快適でした。ポルトガルのワインと水のボトルがプレゼントされていて嬉しかったです。 キッチンの備品も、コーヒーメーカーもあり十分でした。ただフライパンが無かったのが少し不便でした。 給湯設備も問題なく、熱いシャワーも利用できました。 サン・ジョルジェ城近くで観光に便利です。ホテル玄関を出て左側を進むとエレベーターがあり大変良い景色が見られ、またそれを利用するとフィゲイラ広場などにも簡単にアクセスできます。エレベーター地上階にはスーパーマーケットがあるので大変便利でした。

Très belle vue sur la ville, bien situé, beaucoup de sites et services à proximité. L’adresse de la réception devrait toutefois être indiquée avant l’arrivée ainsi que la possibilité ou non de laisser les bagages en consige. Bon accueil.
