Clean room. Fan provided ( hot weather) but I has to ask for a sheet as there was no bedding 'configuration ' - just a very heavy duvet . The breakfast was exceptional: fresh fruit and juices, cereals, delicious yogurts produced in Lancashire. The smashed avocado and poached eggs on toast was pronounced délicieux by my French friend . I could manage only the bacon and tomatoes of the cooked breakfast...really tasty - and with toasted bloomer bread.

I stay here most weeks now for work, staff are lovely, rooms are individual and very comfortable and the location can’t be matched

The ideal pup stay experiemce made even better on the seaside!! Room was perfectly charming, Sunday Roast the talk of the town, and perfect selection of beers, with some cash ales, gins, and cocktails. There are many good pubs to stay in Lytham; this is the best!

Excellent staff, breakfast - ideal for a couple of nights

Other than the mattress being a bit softer than I like, this hotel and restaurant are very good. The food is varied and imaginative. The staff are very friendly, helpful and superbly organised.

Nice room with sea view, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Small bathroom with v small basin & no shelf so nowhere to put toiletries, make up etc. I thought 9.30 was a bit early for the end of breakfast on a Saturday & Sunday, & 10.30 v early for check out. this could be because it's a pub rather than a hotel so need to clear the bar area (which is lovely)

The staff were very helpful and cheerful whist working. Breakfast, a variety of cereals, fruit ,yogurt and cooked foods.
