엄마랑 둘이 다녀왔는데 너무너무 좋았습니다! 마트랑 트램도 바로앞에있고 몰도 근처에 있어요 냉장고가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠는데 라운지에서 언제든 물 마실수있어서 좋았움

- Safety issue is very severe!. Dirty socks was on the ceiling covering up fire detector, Beggars near by the hotel, Stolen car wheel cover at the parking lot where hotel told us to park. - Cleanliness is at poor level!. Spider webs in&out of the window and at the balcony, Dirty stains on the walls & ceiling, Wrinkled beddings. -Bathroom faucet was totally clogged, and water pressure was weak. - No parking lot in the hotel & hard to bring luggages to the hotel from the parking lot where the hotel told us to park, cause road was rocky. - No Manager during weekend! Managers don’t care what’s happening in the hotel, and responding is very slow & and takes forever.

호텔은 굉장히 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 전반적으로 다 마음에 들고요, 플릭스 버스 이용해서 오갔는데 플릭스 버스 정류장과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 기차역과 메인 광장까지 거리가 좀 있으나, 걸어다니기 힘들지는 않았습니다. 트램 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 대중교통 이용하기도 좋구요, 이른 체크 아웃이라 조식을 먹지 못하고 나가게 되는 상황이었는데, 간단하게 먹을 걸 챙겨준 것도 감동이었네요. 약간 아쉬웠던 점을 꼽자면, 조식에 채소가 없었다는 것(그것만 빼면 조식은 만족스러웠습니다.) 그리고 화장실이 사용하기에 조금 불편했다는 것 정도네요. 청결이나 물빠짐은 좋은데, 세면대가 묘하게 불편했어요. ㅎㅎ

객실의 청결,간결하고 세련됨. 클럽 이용 시스템.이 가족적이어 편했다. 직원이 비교적 친절함 등이 좋았고, 호텔 위치가 시내 중심에서 좀 멀어서 조금 불편했다.

Breakfast was not spectacular considering the price. Not really too many varieties. No water in the room but there is a fountain on every floor. So we can still make coffee with the in room machine. Overall ok. The snack is very basic too.

The rooms were clean but my biggest issue was the parking. There is no way to pull up to the hotel and ask about parking and then if you do as they give you a paper map and no directions. My husband and I accidentally parked in private parking even though we told the first receptionist where we parked and she said it was fine, so when we went to leave they said there was nothing they could do to help us and our car was stuck. So it’s fine if you’re not driving but if you are I’d just go somewhere else.

Excellent staff, some information was a little misleading-be sure to confirm what you are told. We don’t speak French so we take responsibility. The room was tiny - could hardly fit our suitcases. Bathroom was not private and was also tiny - the shower did not have a rim around it so water drifted into the bathroom space, fortunately we noticed and had no belongings on the floor.

Après avoir souscrit ma chambre pour 98 Euros , prix annoncé, surle site HOTEL.COM j'ai commandé 1 petit déjeuner, proposé à 10 Euros , je n'ai pas eu sur la facture un petit déj mais une augmentation de taxe de 10 Euros (ceci est un pb Hotel.com ! merci de me rembourser !) A l'accueil de l'hôtel OKKO; on m'a immédiatement demandé carte d'identité et carte bleue , que la jeune dame de l'accueil m'a prise de la main pour reporter sur son l'ordinateur , ce que j'ai vu TOUS LES CHIFFRES, Y COMPRIS les 3 chiffres du Code de Sécurité ! je lui ai fait remarqué que ce code était personnel, qu'en aucun cas elle ne devait l'enregistrer, mais elle m'a dit qu'alors je n'aurai pas ma carte de chambre! je lui ai précisé qu'en cas d'agent d'OKKO indélicat voire malveillant , il pourrait acheter sur mon compte via le web et que ce type de données se vendaient sur le black market. J'ai demandé à voir un représentant de la direction, seule réponse de sa part : "il n'y a personne de la direction le week end" devant l'arrivée de nouveaux clients elle me l'a tout de même donnée; j'ai insisté pour qu'elle supprime le code de sécurité, je ne suis sûr qu'elle l'ai fait ! j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit et j'ai signalé à OKKO suite à une demande web ce problème sérieux qui touche ma sécurité financière. Pas de présentation du "CLUB", les WC se trouvent dans la salle de bains et les coussins en skay sont mangés en partie (un animal?) le robinet de la SDB tourne , sans être fixé (4 étoiles?)
